We had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and came with most everything we needed (the fans were missing). The location is fantastic; everywhere we wanted to go is within walking distance. Definitely would stay again!

Quiet Getaway

Quiet getaway. Very close to the beach and shopping. Restaurants too. All walkable. Definitely would stay there again.

Family visit

My sister, niece, nephew and I stayed at this property for two nights. The location was perfect as it was close to the beach and the main road going through Long Beach. My nephew slept on the futon/couch; plenty of extra bedding was provided and he said it was comfortable. There was plenty of coffee, dish soap, toiletries, etc.

Such a cute beach property. The management company in charge was so gracious and accommodating. They were available whenever we had questions. The two story apartment was perfect for our family needs. Our Doberman fur baby also had enough room. A crate is mandatory if you leave the dog alone. Our dog loves her crate so no issues. Very close to the beach and basically downtown. Would chose to stay at this property again. A

This place was everything we expected and enjoy about staying at this complex. First time in this particular unit and only issue was finding it since there is no "Beach Suite" sign identifier.

Excellent Value

The place isn’t fancy but it is comfortable and comes with all you need to cook meals. Communication was excellent and the property is centrally located. Be aware that if you have kids sleeping in the 2nd bedroom it is on a different floor.

This is a great location for a coast get away! You can walk to everything. The hosting company checked in with us to see how things were going. I highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Cute little condo in a really nice location!

We booked a last minute trip to Long Beach and (luckily) found this house. The town is so cute and very walkable. Since we only stayed a short time we weren’t able to see everything but we did make sure to hit the bakery every morning. The company that manages the rental was always available to help even though we didn’t need any. The only thing this house could use (that we noticed) would be a few more regular glasses and more than one wine glass.

If I could give a negative number I would. They claimed they take service animals and are dog friendly but apparently discriminate what kind of animals, which is only dog service animals. They wanted to charge me $1,000 for my two service cats that they previously agreed too a week before the stay. They also wanted to charge me $500 for damage fees for a rug and chair that were ruined before we even got there. AVPID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Fabulous Location

This was our first stay - and the location could not be better. There was parking for 2 vehicles, and easy to get in and out. We never heard our neighbors at all. The kitchen was very well stocked. A few maintenance issues were passed on to management on the way out.

A Thanksgiving vacation to Long Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped with plenty of basic supplies found lacking in other rentals, including more cookware than I have at home! The rental company responded within mere minutes when texted. You could not tell it was a pet friendly place, it smelled very fresh and super clean. The condo complex was quiet, we never heard noise from another unit our entire stay. Would definitely stay there again.
