We had a great stay. The unit was very clean and Nora responded quickly to any questions. It is a very short walk to the beach and several restaurants. We would definitely love to stay again in the future.

Awesome time

This was our first time here and couldn’t of asked for a better spot to stay in. The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed ,not to mention we were able to walk everywhere since we didn’t have a car. The trolley was convenient to have as well at the end of the street.Nora was great to communicate with and we even were able to check in early on the day we arrived since we flew in in the morning.The only thing that was mildly inconvenient was that when ppl were staying in the upper apartment, you could hear them stomping about. But like I said no biggie and the umbrella that was there was pretty useless, so we did end up buying one so we could use it while we were there and ended up leaving it so the rest of the ppl have a working umbrella I would totally stay here again’ it was spotless and very comfortable and cute.

Great location

This is a nice property and a great location, we did not use the pullout bed so with it pulled out it may be a little tight. A lot of supplies provided in the kitchen, an umbrella and chairs available for the beach, shampoo and conditioner provided, two tvs, and overall a wonderful location. The pool was perfect for our toddler. We could walk to so many places but it was beneficial to have a car to get to other parts of the island. The host was lovely and the management was great as well!

First Time

Overall was a nice place and loved the location. Condo was quaint and loved it overall. Was not a fan of the mattress personally and there were some issues with TV/wifi. Floors could have been a little cleaner but overall cleanliness was good, and price point was reasonable. Would definitely stay at this place again.

Vacation with My Lady

I’ve been coming to Anna Maria and the beach strip for a few years now. I usually have stayed on the Holmes Beach side of the beach. This is my very first time staying on the Bradenton Beach side. We had the most wonderful time here. The hostess, Nora was most gracious and welcoming ! The condo was better than advertised. Pics don’t give it the proper justice at all. We’re definitely coming back here if it is available. We didn’t even want to leave. It felt like home. Thank you so much. This was the perfect getaway. And the pool ! I can’t say enough honestly..

Cozy Cottage feel close to the beach

When we first arrived the place was fresh, clean and obviously recently renovated which gave it a relaxing feel. Nora was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The pool is refreshing; very small, but since there are only 4 units in the building we never had to share the pool. This location is amazing! We were one block from the Birdge Street Pier which is where we spent a lot of time. We rented a car for the week and found the island very easy to navigate; there are several beaches to explore. We loved the relaxed feeling of the entire island and of this condo. We felt this first-floor unit was very convenient for in and out trips, which we made a lot! We did not cook in the condo, but it seemed there would have been ample equipment to do so. Everything was very clean and comfortable and just right for the two of us!

Great place to relax!

This is a super cute condo located very close to shopping, food, entertainment and the beach! The Historic Bridge Street shopping area is right down the street, the beach is a few blocks away, and the free shuttle stop is at the end of the street! The location was perfect! The pool was clean and felt great (heated pool) and my wife and I spent a little time swimming here as the water at the beach was a bit rough on the Gulf side. The owner was easy to contact/communicate with and support friendly! The condo is clean sand comfortable, and the beach theme was relaxing too! The furniture was comfortable, clean and my wife and I enjoyed winding down the night watching streaming movies/shows on the televisions. There are pots, pans, utensils and dishes if you want to eat in at any point! The only thing to be aware of - if there are young, energetic kind in the unit above, you WILL hear them running and jumping. We had no issues at all during the week, but on the weekend the family above had some younger children that were up late and it was pretty loud from the footsteps. Just something to be aware of if considering this unit.

Excellent

The location was perfect. Two blocks from Bridge Street, three blocks from beach. The condo was very well stocked. Would definitely stay again. The only downside was the family right above us. The three children walking and “jumping” woke us up in the morning. But not until 7:00 or 7:30.

Beautiful condo in the heart of Anna Maria Island

The whole process was easy. Very detailed instructions on check in and out process. Adorable condo with all the necessities. My self and my 2 teens had a wonderful time. I never heard “I’m bored” while there. Great location, within walking distance to shopping, dining, beaches and entertainment. We will definitely be coming back again! Thank you Jim and Nora for sharing your place with us!

We would stay again!!

This property had everything we need for our week stay. It was very clean and the owner Nora had contacted us to make sure it was and that we had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and many restaurants in the area. I would definitely come back again.

Peaceful, quaint stay.

Bradenton beach, Anna Maria Island area is very nice. Beautiful beaches, laid back. The condo was very nice, perfect size for 2 people. Centrally located.

Great Location

Extremely clean, great location! New pots and pans, new recliner chair, kitchen and bathroom starter packs were added this year. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the master bedroom mattress. Owner always available to answer your questions. Highly recommend this property as a rental.

Perfect location!

We stayed for five days with- my husband and I and our two year old daughter. It was the best location. So easy especially with a child. We didn’t drive anywhere besides to the grocery store. Restaurants, shopping and beach all easy short walks. It was cooler weather while we were there. The only two downfalls were the temp of the pool. The heater was off when we arrived and had to ask for them to put on which was easy and done quickly. Also, in the rental we wish there would have been some basic stuff like salt and pepper or olive oil for cooking. Some of our rentals hve had that and it is nice! Also, would have been nice to hve some beach toys in the condo. We did buy some and left them there so hopefully the next renters are able to use. Overall, loved our stay and would return!

Bradenton Beach in November at Coco's

Our stay at Coco's was great. Nora and Jim's place is just the right size for us, on the first floor with our own parking spot right by the front door. Very comfortable inside with everything you need. Short walk to Bridge Street and the beach. We feel it is the best area to be on the Island. Thanks to Nora and Jim

Perfect location

My husband and I rented this beach condo to celebrate our anniversary and what a wonderful trip we had. The condo was super cute, clean and close to everything we wanted to do. Beach access is right across the street and chairs were provided. We also rented a golf cart that was recommended by the property manager and took it everywhere. Needless to say, we will absolutely be back and plan to stay here again.
