Bellosguardo 4 is a cozy ground-floor three-room apartment featuring a 10 sqm covered veranda and a 40 sqm fenced garden with a green lawn and sea view. You can relax and enjoy the sea breeze all day long, as the shoreline is just under 80 meters away. The veranda includes a comfortable lounge area with sofa and armchairs.
The apartment is well-furnished and thoughtfully designed for up to four guests. The living area includes a dining table, relaxation area with TV and sofa, and a kitchenette equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and hob. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one double room with wardrobe and one twin room with two single beds. The bathroom features a shower and washing machine. A private outdoor parking space is also provided.

A security deposit will be held on your credit card upon arrival (the card must be in your name and physically present).
The amount will be automatically released after departure (release times may vary by bank).
We reserve the right to withhold part of the deposit in case of damage or rule violations.

Booking Information

Klodge properties are privately owned and rented for tourist purposes under Law 431/98 and Article 21bis L.R. 16/17 of the Sardinia Region.
As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may present minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.

Online Check-in and Rental Agreement

After booking, online check-in is required (document and selfie upload for all guests).
Data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
A tourist rental agreement must be signed. It will be in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.


Key Collection
Keys and documents will be collected at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia , just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Separation
A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of your waste properly before departure.
