Fully renovated bright two bedroom apartment with air conditioning in heart of the historic centre. The apartment is situated at Cort Reial, a nice little square and perfect location for culture and history lovers. On the first floor of a fully renovated building from the XVI century, which has all modern comforts. It has a small balcony overlooking the beautiful square and old streets.

The living room has a smart TV with cable television, high quality fast internet/wifi, a comfortable sofa convertible to a double bed and a big dining table. The apartment also has a modern kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas shove and coffee machine. It also has a washing-dryer machine. The apartment has two bedrooms; a large main bedroom and an extra bedroom. There is a complete bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment has a lot of storage space and a small balcony overlooking the beautiful old street. The building has a lift.





Notes:
The apartment is located in the heart of the Old Town, which is partly closed to traffic and it is forbidden to park. By car you can only enter 3x per quarter year. For example one for your check-in and one for your check-out.However, you can stop to unload your luggage in front of our office.

A late check-in is no problem but we do have a policy (after 21.00).Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges:- From 21:00 to 23:00, 20€;- From 23:00 to 00:00, 40€;- Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.Of course if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00.00h, we will be there for you.

Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. Tourist tax not included in the price (16+, max 7 nights).
