Fully renovated bright two bedroom apartment in heart of the historic centre. The apartment is situated at Cort Reial, a nice little square and perfect location for culture and history lovers. On the third floor of a fully renovated building from the XVI century, which has all modern comforts. It has a small balcony overlooking the beautiful square and old streets!

The living room has a TV, high quality fast internet/wifi, a comfortable sofa and a big dining table for 4 people. The apartment also has a modern kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove top and coffee machine. It also has a washing machine. The apartment has two bedrooms; a large main bedroom with a double bed and an extra bedroom with a single bed. There is a complete bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment has a lot of storage space and a small balcony overlooking the beautiful old street.

The apartment is situated in the hart of the Old City and is partly closed for traffic and you are not allowed to park there. Note! By car you may only enter 3x per quarter so use those three times carefully. For instance one for your check in and one for your check out. Although you may not park you can stop to unload your luggage.



A late check-in is no problem but we do have a policy (after 21.00).Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges:- From 21:00 to 23:00, 20€;- From 23:00 to 00:00, 40€;- Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.Of course if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00.00 we will be there for you.

Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. Tourist tax not included in the price (16+, max 7 nights).
