Overcombe är en underbar lägenhet med två sovrum vid havet och har utsikt över hela Woolacombe-bukten och har utsikt över Combesgate-stranden, en populär surfingstrand i ena änden av Woolacombe Bay. Den sover fyra bekvämt i två sovrum. Overcombe är granne med Cliff House.

Du kommer att ha svårt att slå denna enastående plats med några av de bästa utsikten på orten. Overcombe har en stor lounge med ett brunt läder-svit (3 och 2-sits) där du kan sitta för att njuta av utsikten om du inte är ute på den söderläge terrassen och njuter av det! Digital-TV med Blu Ray, DVD / Video, en CD / radiospelare med MP3-uttag och WiFi finns tillsammans med spel, böcker, DVD-skivor och videor. Det finns även en TV / DVD iPod-docka och videospelare (det finns några barnvideor att titta på) i det andra sovrummet. Det finns ett hopfällbart bord och stolar i vardagsrummet som ett alternativ till att äta ute eller i köket. Matbordet i köket har plats för fyra och köket har en tvättmaskin / torktumlare, mikrovågsugn, kyl / frys och diskmaskin i full storlek.

Det främre sovrummet har en omfattande havsutsikt med en king size-säng och TV. Sitt upp i sängen och se havet! Helt enkelt underbart!

Det andra sovrummet har 3 "tvåbäddsrum och har ett litet badrum med duschrum, TV / DVD / iPod-docka och videospelare eftersom det finns ett urval av barnvideor tillgängliga. Båda sovrummen är smakfullt inredda i överensstämmelse med denna vackra kustinställning.

Det finns också ett familjebadrum med dusch över badkaret. Lördagbyte. Sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls även om du behöver ta med egna badhanddukar. Parkering för 1 bil. Incheckning efter 15:00 och utcheckning senast 10:00.

Värme och varmt vatten inklusive. Tyvärr inga husdjur. Resesäng, barnstol, sängvakt tillhandahålls tillsammans med några förskolor och grundskoleålders videor och böcker. Parkering endast för en bil. Förvaring för brädor och våtdräkter i butiksområdet precis inne i garaget (ägarna har resten låst med sina saker). Det finns förskjutna steg från parkeringsplats till lägenhet.

Excellent accommodation and location

Overcombe is a lovely accommodation, with everything that you need there to make your stay comfortable. The view from the front bedroom is lovely and also sitting in the wicker chairs in the lounge gives a great view of the sea.

Another Amazing Holiday

This was our fourth time to Woolacombe and the second stay at Overcombe, having stayed two previous years in Cliff House. We love it here. Overcombe is fabulous with stunning views across the bay. Woolacombe is small but offers everything that you might need for a week or so away. Access to the house is not for the faint hearted - you need to be prepared to walk up a steep hill, which fortunately we love doing. We will be returning again for sure! Thank you for another amazing holiday.

Never get tired of that amazing view!

Our favourite area to stay in Woolacombe with great views, pretty beach coves and beautiful walks to Morthoe. Overcombe provides everything you need for a home from home stay, always feel very relaxed there. Fantastic views from the lounge and bedroom, we will be back soon!

Another great stay in Overcombe

We have used Holiday Home Hunter for many years now and the service has always been very friendly and efficient. We have also stayed in Overcombe for many years. The views are spectacular and the apartment is well equipped and cosy. We are looking forward to returning in the near future.

Another wonderful stay at Overcombe. Our favourite place!!!!

Overcombe is in a wonderful position with fantastic views over the village and beach. It is always spotlessly clean with everything you can possibly want or need. The people who manage it are always very good, nothing is too much trouble. We have bern coming for quite a few years, and will continue to do so

Wonderful apartment

This apartment is in a fantastic location with stunning views along the bay, it's located close to the local amenities and is fully equipped with everything you would need for your holiday. All in all a great stay and we hope to return soon.

October Break

Had a lovely break in this fantastic property. Great location with amazing views. Property itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful location and a great place for looking out when the weather isn't great

This was our 2nd visit. The property is well equipped and in a great location. Situated at the quieter end of town with beautiful views across the bay. Apartment is very comfortable and we have enjoyed both visits. The property would benefit from some TLC and in depth cleaning in some areas but nothing dreadful to report.

Another wonderful stay

Excellent in every respect. Our sister in law joined us for two nights and she continually remarked about the stunning location and comfort of the flat. New (to us) bathroom lovely and bright.

Great views!

The flat was clean, comfortable and spacious. Some nice walks can be done from the flat to nearby cliff paths. As others have mentioned, parking is a bit tight, and it is a steep climb from the parking up to the property. But what makes this property special are the views, which are fantastic. We enjoyed many hours just sitting and looking out of the windows, especially when the weather was poor. Overall, highly recommended, and would happily stay again.

Perfect week

4 adults. Easily accommodated. Stunning views. Storage space for bicycles / boards in garage. It is a walk to both woolacombe & mortehoe but we preferred this location. Would definitely go back

great holiday destination

We had a fantastic weeks holiday at Overcombe. The view was breathtaking. The accommodation was very clean and cosy, and had everything in it we needed, It was very comfortable and plenty of space for clothes etc, We will definitely be going back.

Lovely location for a break away

A very comfortable property with stunning views out over the cliffs to the beach and sea. If the weather co-operates the outside seating is perfect for enjoying dinner and the loungers are great for chilling. Location is away from the business of the main beach so is a relaxing place. The property is pretty well equipped - we cooked 5 nights and most mornings. The view from bed is great even when it is raining. When it isn't too windy having the doors open and listening to the sea when in the lounge is a must. We have booked again.

Lovely holiday in Woolacombe

Overcombe is a lovely apartment on the ground floor ( though if you park in allotted parking space there is a full flight of stairs up to the flat , with rail, if your neighbours agree you can access on the level if they’re happy for you to drop off on their drive , this is what we did as Mum s mobility not great) . Once inside there is everything you need, beautifully clean and fantastic sea views. You get the sun morning til night, can watch the sun set on the terrace. 10 min walk along esplanade into Woolacombe and 10 min up the hill to Morthoe. Walking distance to restaurants and pubs. Easy access to coastal paths and other lovely walks. We had a lovely holiday here would highly recommend, so long as you have good mobility

An Apartment in an Idyllic location

Overcombe - on the hillside between Woolacombe & Mortehoe - is situated in an idyllic location looking South along the 2 1/2 mile stretch of Woolacombe sands & Sea towards Croyde. The apartment is well furnished, comfortable & very homely. Very suitable for those who just like to relax, or for the more energetic a perfect place for coastal walking, and for surfer enthusiasts! ( The only possible downside for those advanced in years(?) may be the flight of external steps upto the property.

Fabulous location

great views

A nice comfortable apartment with excellent views. Well equipped and spacious. The commanding views over Woolacombe are unbeatable. Parking is tight and requires quite a bit of manoevering that will test your skills. The approach steps are very steep and lengthy so may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues, well worth the climb though.

Fabulous week

We had another super week in Overcombe. The weather and views were as fabulous/dramatic as ever and we hardly used the car all week! The measures put in place by Holiday Home Hunter as a result of Covid 19 were impressive in their practicality and detail and we felt very safe both in the apartment and out and about.

Rooms with a view!

Overcombe is a self catering apartment in an idyllic setting with superb views of Woolacombe Bay on the North Devon Coast. The property is part of a small complex built on the hillside between Woolacombe & the small village of Morthoe, and is the perfect Residence in which to relax,unwind, from where there are pleasant walks - and of course swimming! (the only possible downside for the elderly or infirmed are the 25 external steps upto the apartment). I thoroughly recommend this holiday let.

Very good

Overall very good, beautiful views. Lot of steep steps to get up do not great if you have mobility issues. About 3/4 mile walk to Woolacombe beach and shops. Did get a little noisy at times from apartment upstairs which I didn’t know was there. Also did get rather damp but the weather wasn’t great and you get damp by the sea. I would go back again.
