45 Horizon View är en rymlig andra våning 2 sovrum 2 badrum modern strandpromenad lägenhet. Det är allt på en enda nivå. Vår lägenhet har en av de största balkongerna på 25 meter med fri utsikt genom rena, tydliga glaspaneler. Det finns golv till tak skjutdörrar till Lounge och Master Bedroom som ger 180 grader fantastisk havsutsikt. Bara några meter från Blue Flag Sandy Beach som är populär bland semesterfirare och surfare. Det finns trappor och hiss till alla våningar och säker underjordisk tilldelad parkering finns för 1 bil med ytterligare besökare parkering på marknivå.

WIFI via Superfast BROADBAND tillhandahålls i hela lägenheten.

Westward Ho! är en populär traditionell badby som har sett betydande investeringar under de senaste åren. Byn har en idealisk utgångspunkt för att utforska North Devon, restauranger, kaféer, barer, takeaways, stormarknader och lokala butiker tillsammans med massor av fritidsaktiviteter från att koppla av på stranden genom surfing, promenader, bergsbasering, go-carting, minigolf och nöjen arkader.

Lägenheten är fullt möblerad med bekväma läder- och ekmöbler i de huvudsakliga vardagsrummen. Det finns ett ek matbord och fyra stolar. Köket har bänkskivor i granit och ett komplett utbud av integrerade apparater. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng (5 meter bred) och badrum medan twin sovrummet har två enkelsängar (var och en är 3 meter bred). Dessutom finns ett separat duschrum med duschkabin. Gas centralvärme innebär att lägenheten gör en bra bas för en semester när som helst på året.

Observera att sovrummet har installerats med en ny king size-säng (5 meter bred) med en helt ny 1500 fickmadrass.

Apartment very clean & well equipped with very comfortable and supportive sofas and beds. Lovely new smart TV in lounge.apartment is well appointed being central in the block, with a super big balcony and furniture for four, with magnificent views over Lundy Croyde, Braunton and the Torridge estuary. All communication with owners was quick and efficient. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return!!

Relaxing stay in lovely apartment

We had a great week in this apartment which is provided with everything you need, has good WiFi, comfortable beds and an amazing view. It was great to be walking distance to the beach, restaurants and cafes in Westward Ho.

A fabulous apartment, very clean and modern. Despite being in a large block it was very quiet and relaxing and the views across the bay were superb. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Nice Stay Wonderful View of Beach From Apartment

This is a very nice property and a wonderfull location ideal for a relaxing by the sea. Located near all amenities with two pubs within 500m of location. Very clean and well presented also instructions to obtain the keys where easy to follow. Underground parking provided with lift to 2nd Floor. Hosts couldn't be more accomodatiing will certainly go back to this property.

Beautiful apartment with a view to die for!

A truly lovely place to stay, with the best view out there! The sea is totally mesmerising, we are already missing the constant roar of the sea! Beautiful, clean apartment with everything you need to have a relaxing break. Lovely, warm and cosy, the photos really don't do it justice! Wonderful stay.

This is the third time we have stayed in this lovely apartment. So that should say a lot in itself. It’s in the best location you can can lie in bed and not only hear the sea but see it also. We were lucky with the weather and was able to make good use of the balcony. The apartment is better then the pictures. Excellent response from the owner and easy self check in. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Fabulous

We were very impressed with No. 45. The views and sunsets are amazing. The only thing we would point out is the tv reception on Freeview dropped out completely for a couple of days and then on the odd occasion. Luckily we read the instruction manual and were able to tune into the Toshiba programming.

It's okay

The apartment location and view is fantastic and the main reason we have booked several places in this block in the past, this is our first visit to this apartment. Unfortunately we had a few issues with the apartment that weren't as advertised. The photos of the apartment need to be updated to reflect what we found during our stay. The large white sofa is no longer there, replaced by a tired red leather sofa that we didn't find comfortable, it was a recliner that didn't recline, different, but not new. We were both looking forward to the new mattress, as we too are back sufferers but we found this to be uncomfortable and not new as advertised. The TV is very old and only had a few channels available, not even a full selection of Freeview, the remote control didn't always work either. A coffee machine is clearly shown in the pictures but is no longer there, although not advertised in the description. The shower area didn't feel clean, the shower mat and the shower seal was mouldy. In the kitchen the dishwasher didn't stop when you opened it to add something, It had to be closed very quickly to avoid water being sprayed, no safety stop! The plate draining rack is also rusty. The underground parking is very good, plenty of space for a medium to large car. Most of the things we mentioned can be easily fixed, and in general, it's a nice apartment, but the photographs and description need updating to reflect what we found. the apartment

What makes this apartment unique
Rarely found, this modern apartment is on the seafront with uninterrupted views over the beach and sea. It is a single storey apartment with lift access making it suitable for all ages. In the past many guests ranging from families with small children through to more mature guests have enjoyed holidays in this apartment. Furnished to a high standard it provides a home from home atmosphere. The secure underground car park and video entry system mean that our guests can fully relax during their stay. Last but no means least - Tea on the Green is only 100 metres away!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We fell in love with this property because of the wonderful views of the ocean and magnificent sun sets. The balcony has superb vantage to enjoy these views and is one of the largest in the complex, making alfresco drinks and dining a must. The large en suite master bedroom is situated right next to the balcony and what ever the weather it is wonderful to lie in bed and watch the waves roll in and listen to the ocean and bird sounds.The apartment is light and spacious and extremely comfortable. As 'back sufferers' we have purchased good quality supportive furniture and matresses to make relaxing and enjoying the magnificent views even more enjoyable!
