Eklektiskt tropiskt hus 1 mil från Coachella / Stagecoach / Polo Grounds, restauranger / barer och shopping med bekvämt tillhandahållna cyklar på begäran och 5 miles till The Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Detta hem är komplett med kök / bad väsentligen öl pong bord, ett saltvatten pool / spa, ($ 45 per 8 timmars uppvärmning) en utomhusdusch och en helt ny utomhus bar / kök! Jag är en 28-årig endodontikassistent som arbetar extremt långa timmar med akutpatienter och är knappast hemma när jag är, jag är främst på andra nivån, som bara är master-sviten med egen ingång som lämnar första nivån, utomhus helt privat till du och önskar att jag hade mer tid att njuta av det, så kom gör hedrarna en sann underhållning eller avslappning paradis getaway väntar på din njutning!

A little get away

Although over 110 each day which definitely limits outdoor activities, we loved hanging out in the pool and felt right at home. Great communication with the host!!

Perfect spot for a desert stay!

We travel to Palm Springs area often - having several friends and family members who live there. This home is beautiful and quite comfortable, and is a nice option for any trip to the desert. The owner is very communicative. Loved it. Will plan to stay here again!!!

Great Stay! Great Home!

Our family very much enjoyed our visit! Communication with our host was AWESOME. And the house was perfect for our family of four. Our kids LOVED the pool. They are a bit older so we can trust them to not go out to the pool alone but the heavy sliding glass door would have brought me comfort knowing a small kiddo couldn't open them, if our were little again ;) Great location, easy to find and overall a great stay! Thank you so much!!

Great stay for a bachelor party!

Martha was a fantastic host and was readily available before and during our stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our visit. The location was located in a convenient spot for getting around. Will definitely return when we are in the area again!

Great stay in Indio/La Quinta

Cool 2 queen/2.5 bath home with pool/jacuzzi pool table foosball and outdoor games. We stayed a week over Thanksgiving. Had our two smaller dogs and it was perfect! Well appointed kitchen, dining table for 8, two seating areas inside. Outside another dining table for 8, sofas, lounges,fire table. The dogs loved it and so did we.

Immaculate property, very modern and open design, bathroom showers were vacation in themselves in conjunction with the hotel experience for backyard. Amazing home absolutely no issues at all.

Relaxing!

We were not disappointed with this little slice of heaven! We brought our kids who each had a friend and our two little dogs. The house is in a great neighborhood, fully stocked with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The house is also amazing, the photos don’t do it justice! We barely left the house, we chilled in the pool, watched movies and took lots of naps. Martha is an excellent host who is easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this listing!

Phenomenal stay at this property with a pool and hot tub. We were able to grill food each night outside and enjoyed playing several games of pool. Very stylish home with well thought out amenities. The outdoor shower was one of the most enjoyable shower experiences I've ever had! Yes, it's a bit of a bummer to have to message the host to turn on the hot tub, but you can spread the fee out over several nights and it's definitely worth the cost to have the private spa in the back yard. The driveway was very convenient and being close to Stagecoach grounds was a lifesaver during the festival. Very responsive and friendly host. 5/5 rating for Martha and her place. Would stay here again.

SPA debacle

Be AWARE: ....the reason we booked this house was for the spa and when we arrived there was no way to turn it on. A note by the front door stated if you went over 8 hours of use, there would be a fee. Understandable, BUT after texting Martha, we learned that there was a fee for using the spa regardless and we had to turn it on and off through her personal phone. It felt like a little bit of a bait and switch. We had to wait an hour the first night for her response in order to turn it on and the second night her spa connection was off and we had to go out back and toggle the wiring for her to get a signal. The additional fee should be stated in her HomeAway profile. Other than that, the house was clean and in a great location. With the huge deposit and the extra spa charges, I just felt nervous the whole time and couldn't truly enjoy myself. We ended up getting a charge for a water spot on the couch...Also, having a informational booklet would be useful. Instructions for the heater/outdoor lights/tv/firepit etc would also be great.

Faulty equipment - explosion and fire!🔥 - host unbothered

An attempt was made to use the flat-top gas grill located underneath the tiki umbrella area. At the point of starting the grill, the tubing from the propane tank was not properly fastened/connected to the grill therefore it came apart causing a fire with multiple small explosions as propane was being emitted into the surrounding area. If the property and all equipment would have been inspected properly, this could have been prevented. Also, as the fire extinguisher was attempting to be engaged, it did not work. It was empty. At this point a realization was made that the fire department needed to be called & they came out to extinguish the fire. After they were called, one guest thought to close the valve on the propane tank. He put his own life in danger by entering the area of the fire to close the valve on the tank. He reached in and closed it. This is when the fire calmed down. The fire department then arrived to ensure that the scene was safe. After an assessment, the fireman explained the tubing was faulty. They explained: the tube that was disconnected to the grill was previously damaged & should have been caught by the property manager upon inspection. They also showed the gauge on the fire extinguisher & obviously showed that the fire extinguisher was empty. When the owner, Martha, was contacted about the incident, her response was, "I was not aware as I have not gone to the property. Were there any damages?" She did not even ask if everyone was okay! Wow, heartless.
