Steg av din veranda i socker vita stränder vid Shoreline Villas! Beläget vid västra änden av Panama City Beach, strax öster om Carillon Beach är den förtjusande stadsbostaden. Det ligger på en lugn strand med alla bekvämligheter.

Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet på första våningen har kök, matsal, vardagsrum, tvättstuga och ett halvt bad. De tre sovrummen ligger på andra våningen. Det stora sovrummet har den perfekta privata balkongen för att njuta av ett morgonkaffe medan du tittar på vågorna. Det andra sovrummet ligger på framsidan av huset på andra våningen med en queen size-säng. Barnen kommer att ha en blast i sitt privata rum med en våningssäng och en dubbelsäng. Det fulla badet på övervåningen ligger i korridoren och delas mellan 2: a sovrummet och barnrummet.

The Shoreline Villas är bekvämt beläget nära bekvämligheter och aktiviteter. Det finns två livsmedelsbutiker inom en kvart mil. Pier Park ligger bara en 5-7 minuters bilresa till öster där du hittar utmärkta shopping, ett brett utbud av restauranger, flera nattklubbar, en 16 teaterbios och många aktiviteter för barnen, inklusive nöjesfältsturer, laser tagg , bungee hoppning och mycket mer. Du kan också ta en kaffedrink på Starbucks eller plocka upp en glasskaka eller lite fudge på en av flera söta butiker.

Bara några miles i väster är Rosemary Beach och Alys Beach, där du kan hyra cyklar för att kryssa Scenic 30-A cykelleden, njuta av en avslappnad lunch på uteplatsen av Wild Olives eller Summer Kitchen, eller njut av en av flera första klass restauranger för bra restauranger. Om du gillar musik, är du säker på att njuta av "Groovin on the Green konsertserie i Carillon Beach, som ligger mindre än en kvart mil bort. Vår plats är idealisk för en familjesemester.

Det finns fem offentliga golfbanor inom 30 minuters bilresa från Shoreline Villas. Camp Creek är utan tvekan den trevligaste av gruppen. De två kurser på Bay Point är också högt ansedda, liksom de 27 hålen på The Hombre. Signal Hill är en förl��tande öppen kurs som är ett bra värde och inte lika utmanande. Holiday Club är rankad någonstans mellan Signal Hill och The Hombre.

Spring Break

We had a great time, the condo was comfy and clean. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will go back.

Nice stay

Our stay at the Shoreline Villas was great. Beachfront, clean, cozy and very relaxing. The A/C up on the 3rd floor was not all the great. Rooms were warm but ceiling fans and portable fans helped out. Great pans in the kitchen plenty of towels in the house. Great beds! Really enjoyed our stay.

Great Quiet Location!!

Location on the West side of PCB gave the option to explore beach communities to the West. Appreciated the amenities that were offered including, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc, which make traveling easier.

Great place on the beach.

Right on the beach. Watch the waves roll in from the balcony. There is 2 levels in the condo and a lower ground level area that is under the unit. This area has a nice little shower to rinse off after the beach and keep sand out of the unit. Very nice. It is close to restaurants and the lovely Camp St. Helens State Park which I visited several times.

Overall we had an amazing time! The house was nice and tidy. The short walk to the neach made it extremely convenient when running back and forth with kids. Definitely will look into staying here next year!

Wonderful location away from the loud busy area of Panama City Beach. Right on the beach. Plenty of room and very clean. It would 7 easily and 2 more on a sofa sleeper. Would highly recommend

The place was perfect!

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay at the beach. The weather was terrible, and the water was closed every single day. So needless to say our vacation wasn’t the best we’ve had. However, I will most definitely book again! This place was clean, fully stocked, perfect location. Just steps to the sand, and with kids that’s a huge plus! We loved it, and will book again and hope for better weather next time.

Many Issues

Cons: -Upon arrival, maintenance was there to assess a hole in the half bath. It did not get fixed. -The only air conditioning unit had a note that stated not to turn below 72 or else renter would be responsible for “unfreezing” costs. IT’S HOT! Heat rises and upstairs was excruciating. -Washing machine (in kitchen) sounded like a freight train coming through. Maintenance was called (those gentleman were GREAT) and came quickly. He stated that the machine was old and needed extensive costly repairs. He could not do anything until the owner was contacted. Washing machine ended up leaking all over the floor, so maintenance was called again, and a replacement was put in. -Broken picture and glass were found behind a chair. -Slipcovers on living room furniture were dirty, as hair was evident. -Hair was on the floor in the master bathroom. -The kitchen was not adequately stocked. There was no cookie sheet, and kitchen cooking utensils were few and far between. -A baby pool containing water, along with other people’s belongings, were scattered in the covered shower area. It was evident that no one attempted to clean it up for the next guests. -Keypad-only access to the front door. Pros: -The maintenance man (who visited the unit several times) was very friendly and did what he needed to do to help us, as he understood our concerns. -The repairman was great too! -Great location -Plenty of linens & towels

Needs love and attention

We arrived around 5/6pm on a Saturday. As soon as we arrived I was very disappointed. The townhome is in desperate need of a very serious deep cleaning. The amount of dirt and overall maintenance of this place is sad.The main comforters had stains and who knows the last time they were actually washed.Bathrooms smelled like pee. Almost all the closet doors were off track upon arrival. The broom had an inch layer of hair stuck to it and the vacuum didn't even work. The rental company was very nice and brought us a new broom and vacuum and had them come back and clean...However....sadly they still barely cleaned anything. The couch is in terrible shape. The barstools in the pictures are not the ones currently in the property. The outside furniture was gross. I could go on. However, the location is awesome! Loved the location, the parking situation was great, and two close grocery stores, a gas station, huge restaurant, and a dunkin donuts all so very close. This place could be so awesome with some serious tender, love, and care. We stayed the week of July 4th, 2018

Beautiful villa, amenities, and extraordinary beach!

We arrived late evening after work, but as soon as we opened living room doors, the beautiful sounds of ocean filled the air! Words cannot describe how tranquil this Villa made us feel. We enjoyed the patio space underneath villa and the outdoor shower! For a weekend, we thought we were in paradise. Lots of credit given to the maintenance crew of Ocean Reef Resorts, the issues we encountered when arriving were promptly addressed/solved for us and with follow-up communication the next day! That's almost unheard of these days! THANK YOU! We will be staying here again soon! P. S.....The balcony off master bedroom is divine for early morning coffee!

Perfect View Perfect Living!

The living arrangements were very accommodating and the overall appearance was clean and beautiful! The view doesn't get any better!!! This was a memory that will last in my family for years to come!

Great location, neglected townhouse

Loved the location and that you could step off the balcony to the sand. Beach wasn’t crowded at all, almost private. But, the unit is in dire need of a deep cleaning and updating. Rugs, walls, and curtains were stained. Balcony furniture was covered in mold, in fact the whole unit smelled mildewed. With a little TLC this place could be amazing.
