Min trädgård ligger precis vid den sockerliga vita sanden och i den mycket eftertraktade "West End" på Panama City Beach! Parkera ditt fordon precis utanför ytterdörren till min stadshus. Gå direkt till skjutreglaget bakåt och in på den privata uteplatsen och sedan direkt på sockersanden för att klämma den mellan tårna och fånga några solstrålar på stranden! Sitta på uteplatsen eller sanden, eller ta en promenad på stranden för att känna viken bris !. När du är redo för ett dopp, gå direkt från uteplatsen till sanden och sedan direkt in i det vackra smaragdvattnet i Mexikanska golfen! Eller, om du gillar att fiska, ta med dig redskap och kastade en linje i havet från din trädgårdstrand!
Du kommer att befinna dig i ett mycket säkert, lugnt, familjeorienterat område, men ändå tillräckligt nära för att delta i så många aktiviteter du vill.

Om du bestämmer dig för att ta en bilresa är det bara cirka 6 mil till Frank Brown Park, där bollspel, konserter, inomhus- och utomhuspooler och andra aktiviteter hålls regelbundet. Om du känner för att åka till Pier Park är det bara cirka 7 mil att njuta av shopping, restauranger, konserter, fiske utanför piren och ett brett utbud av andra evenemang. Om du känner för golf, är det bara en kort bilresa från vår stadshus till fantastiska golfbanor: Holiday Golf Club - 15 kilometer, Hombre Golf Club - 20 km och Signal Hill Golf Club - 21 km. Var noga med att packa din svalare och några stolar för att besöka St. Andrew State Park, ta en fisketur eller se på djuphavsfiskebåtarna som kommer in varje eftermiddag på Treasure Island Marina, med båtar fulla av fisk. Silver Sands Outlet Mall handlar bara om en 25 mil åka västerut från min stadsbostad.

För cyklister och cykelälskare är vi bekvämt beläget några miles från Pier Park, Harley Davidson Dealership och Indian Dealership för de kommande evenemangen under Thunder Beach-veckan. Det finns normalt en fantastisk bild av några av de vackra cyklarna på Pier Park.

Probably the best Florida beach location we’ve ever stayed in. If you hate elevators, fighting for space on the beach and crowds but love convenience, a great host and nice condo - this is your place! There’s a lot to be said for unloading your car at the front door and walking out the back door straight onto the beach!!

Excellent vacation!!

This by far has been our best vacation ever. The location is the best on Panama City Beach!! The owner was great to work with! I cannot wait to visit this townhome again, we loved everything about it!!!

Such an amazing place!

Everything about this place is amazing! The location is perfect, open the back door and you’re on a beautiful private beach, it wasn’t crowded at all which is why we chose this place. The sunsets here are stunning, with white sands and clear water, it’s hard to leave the beach. The house has everything you need for your stay, the owner is extremely nice and is happy to hear about the great time you had at her place. I can’t recommend this place enough, if we come back to this area, we are definitely staying here again!

The beach the way it used to be

This condo on the west of Panama City Beach is reminiscent of the beach decades ago. It is quiet, clean, and family friendly. Our family found it to be the perfect get away. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to return!

Great Family Vacation Location

We highly recommend Gloria’s home to anyone looking for a quiet beach vacation. The location couldn’t be better. It’s literally right on the beach which made it super easy to get our three young kids outside and having fun. Her home was clean and spacious. Gloria was also very nice to work with and kept great communication with me regarding our stay.

Perfect!

Condo was perfect. RIGHT on the beach. Gloria was quick to respond. And the condo was exactly as described. Location was great, close to grocery stores and restaurants but NOT near a high rise so beach wasn’t crowded. We would definitely rent here again.

Great place!

We loved this place directly on the beach. The pictures do not do this place justice. The townhouse is clean and comfortable. The location just cannot be beat. It is so quiet and away from the touristy area of Panama City Beach, yet close to the grocery store and several restaurants. Gloria, the owner, was very attentive, but not intrusive. We can't wait to go back.

Quiet and Peaceful Oasis!

If you are looking for a relaxing get away that is right on the beach then look no further. The beach is beautiful and very clean! You are only minutes from the action at the tourist attractions. The rental process was a breeze and Gloria is virtually with you to answer questions and work with you to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I know my wife is looking forward to returning soon!!!

Another great trip!

Another year another great trip. Very nice upgrades from last year and can't wait to see what you're going to do with it in future eventhough it's already perfect for a relaxing getaway. Gloria is very easy to work with and she is very accommodating. I'm so glad we found her but we're sad that this secret won't last forever!

Steps to the beach

Only 5 steps out the sliding door and you had your toes in the sand. Great place to be on the beach and in the ocean! Convenient to groceries and local restaurants. Still close enough for tourist attractions (30 minutes) Ideal location for a quieter side of the Gulf.

Perfect spot

This is our new favorite place to stay! The beach was not crowded even for Memorial Day and was at the doorstep! We all agreed this was the beast beach trip with the nicest beach and accommodations that we have had in this area. The townhouse was clean and quiet and the kitchen well stocked with pans, etc. Two grocery stores within 1/2 mile was nice and is close to shopping and activities in PCB. Gloria is the perfect host, very responsive and helpful and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again!

Amazing Townhome and Beach Equals Amazing Vacation

We had an amazing time here on vacation. Thank you Gloria for being a great host and having a great townhome located right on the beach. Everything was perfect and Gloria had everything waiting on us right down to cold water and popcicles in the fridge when we arrived. With the townhome a few steps from the water, no need to drag a cooler down to the beach. The townhome felt like home, had everything we needed, and the beds provided a great nights sleep after long days on the beach. The townhome is located close to grocery stores and restaurants. We will definitely want to come back again soon.

Absolute tranquility!!

This beach home has everything. There is no parking garage or elevator hassles, instead you park right at the front door and the beach is two steps out the back door. The home is fully furnished with all the accessories of home. There are no high-rises in the area so the beach is not crowded. The owner is extremely gracious & accommodating, allowing early check in when possible. There is a big closet full of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc that the owner allows guests to use. I love everything about this place & can't wait to return.

My family has lived in the Panama City Beach FL area for over 80 years.
We cherish our memories made while visiting our grandmother, aunts, uncles, & cousins while at Panama City Beach.
It is so calming & refreshing to breathe in the salt air and walk on the beach,
It never gets old to watch the dolphins play, to see the fish & stingrays jumping out of the water, to go shopping at the fantastic retail and outlet centers, to eat a wide variety of wonderful seafood and about anything else you can imagine. If not in the mood to fish, it's special to watch the deep sea fishing boats come in the afternoons with their catch for the day. These are just a few of my favorite things to do when I’m at Panama City Beach! 🏖️☀️🐚🐬🎣🍤🎏🐠

Pirate Cove Villas is perfect to me. It is on the quiet and highly sought-after "west" end of the beach. The location is safe, family oriented, and has quick & easy access to as much or as little activity as anyone would like.
I really enjoy having the beachside patio directly on the sand. The sound of the waves is extremely relaxing and the view is breathtaking! Nearby, there are restaurants, grocery stores, a bank, and other shopping. Just down the road are the Sunnyside Grill, Thomas Donuts, and a place to rent kayaks, paddleboards, or bicycles. It is also only a 10-15 minute drive to Pier Park and a little farther to Downtown Panama City; three very nice golf courses, a 15-20 minute drive to 30-A, a 30 minute drive to Destin, and 15-20 minute drive to the Northwest FL Beaches International Airport.

Being right on the sandy beach & the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is amazing, & it feels like a dream when I’m there!
It really is a perfect retreat for family & friends to unwind and rejuvenate. It is my home-away-from-home and is where wonderful memories are made! My home on the beach is a sweet distraction from the normal day-to-day activities of living! There's something very special about sitting on your private Gulf-front patio or balcony, while watching the dolphins, fish, and stingrays, jumping out of the ocean and dancing in the sun! Just relax & take in the view, as you sip your coffee or favorite choice of beverage!
