FASTIGHETEN: Vår lägenhet med 1 sovrum med 1 badrum ligger på andra våningen i en hissbyggnad mitt i hjärtat av Rehoboth Beach på Rehoboth Avenue.

PARKERING - En plats utanför gatan finns bakom byggnaden samt ett parkeringspass på gatan som är bra för alla icke-mätare platser inom Rehoboth Beach stadsgränser. Detta gör att du, om du vill, kan köra närmare en mindre trångt del av stranden innan du återvänder hem för att vara tillbaka i handlingen för Rehoboths nattliv!

PLATS - Vårt hem är underbart beläget inom 15 minuters promenad till stranden / strandpromenaden och mindre än 5 minuters promenad till födelseplatsen för Dogfish Head Brewing Company och två av våra favoritrestauranger i staden Chesapeake & Maine och Stingray.

KABEL / INTERNET / TV: Vi har wifi tillgängligt i vår enhet och en TV. TV: n har inte traditionell kabel men är en smartTV med tillgång till många kabelkanaler som ESPN, FS1, CNN, HGTV och andra genom vår DirectTV nu-app. Vi har också HBOGO och Showtime, tillsammans med Amazon-prime-kanaler.

Sängkläder - Sängkläder och handdukar ingår inte men kan hyras mot en extra avgift ($ 50 / vistelse). Om du inte hyr dem från oss, kom gärna med dina egna lakan (drottning i sovrummet, full / drottning för utdragning) badhanddukar, badlakan, tvättdukar etc. Observera att det inte finns en tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enheten. Det finns dock en tvättomat en kort 2-minuters promenad upp Rehoboth Ave.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful stay. The parking pass for town made it so nice too. We could drive to the beach and park. Condo was clean and nice.

Besides taking us a bit to work the TV and to find the paper towels hidden in the closet, it was pleasant to be there. Small but enough space for the three days we were there.

Our check-in process was seamless. Jeff gave us detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment building, where to park, where to find the property keys, etc. He even send a photo of the lock box to avoid any confusion. I arrived with my husband and 2 young children after midnight and was relieved to enter the apartment without any issues. Though it was a bit of an inconvenience the first night, we were informed that linens and towels were not provided. However, Jeff did have a mattress pad for the futon/sofa bed, which made it so comfortable that my children slept well each of the 4 nights we were there. Jeff was courteous and thoughtful. He sent us a message after we checked in to see how we were doing. He provided new backpack folding beach chairs and a nice insulated cooler bag for use during our stay. He also let us know ahead of time that the internet and television were not working. Because of this inconvenience, he did give us a partial refund as compensation. The 15-minute walk to the beach is easy and safe. Along the way you'll pass shops, restaurants and food kiosks. If this distance is too far to carry all of your beach stuff, Rehoboth Beach has a loading and unloading zone at the end of Rehoboth Ave by the bandstand.

Had a lovely stay in Rehoboth.

The condo was fine for a long weekend for my husband and myself, would also be fine for a family with one or two young children, but would be tight for more than one couple. The kitchen was perfect for us as we were not planning on doing any cooking during our vacation, but anyone planning to cook in might find themselves challenged. The location is perfect to walk to all the restaurants in Rehoboth and not a bad walk to the beach either.

Terrific place, terrific location!

Location, location, location - this place has it! Walking distance to anything and everything in Rehoboth. The apartment is exactly as described. It’s perfect for two people... comfortable, cozy, but not claustrophobic. It’s laid out well and very efficient... and the bed is comfortable! Jeff is great - the right mix of hospitable and professional, and super responsive. You can’t go wrong here.

Perfect Weekend

My wife and I were in Rehoboth Beach for Jazz Festival and totally enjoyed it, plus the apartment we stayed in. Perfect for two, just as advertised.

Cute Property & Great Location

We stayed for a long weekend in September and this property was great for our needs. It was easy walking to all the restruants and beach. The condo has everything you need from Wi-Fi to growlers available to fill at the local brewery. There is a convience store within a few minute walk for anything you might forget. The owner had great recommendations for restruants and we enjoyed each one.

Beautiful unit, minutes to shops and restaurants

We stayed here for four nights in August 2017 and found it very comfortable and clean for four of us. The beds are amazingly comfortable!

Very nice property and a good location. A bit closer to the beach would be even better.

Owner was very responsive to answering questions - parking is very convenient. Overall, a very good experience and recommend for other couples or small families.

Nicely renovated space

I recently stayed at the condo with my husband and 2 small children. The location an easy walk to restaurants and the beach. The space is clean and nicely renovated. The AC units worked perfectly and the main bed was comfortable. The owner, Jeff, was very responsive before and after booking. I would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

My family stayed in this condo and it was fantastic! Its very clean and the use of space is incredible. Easy walk to shops, food, boardwalk. The owners are extremely responsive to any questions. My husband and I slept on the comfy queen bed and our two daughters (ages 8 and 10) shared the sofa bed with plenty of room. I hope to stay here again next year.

Perfect spot for a couple

My husband and I stayed here with our newborn for a week early in the summer and it was perfect! The location is right on Rehoboth avenue - a 2 minute walk to Starbucks, 5 minutes to dogfish head, and 15 minute walk to the beach. The condo was clean and just the right size for the three of us. The parking in the back meant we never had to move our car. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Rehoboth!
