In the heart of Rehoboth in one of the premier secured condo buildings with a few blocks to beach, this meticulous and totally renovated split-level large 2-bedroom has an ample balcony for socializing. Enjoy the liveliness in full and quiet rest area! Steps away from Dogfish Head, walkable to all the downtown shops and restaurants, beaches, State Park. Elevator to the right floor. 2 parking (1 from building 1 from City of Rehoboth).

This meticulous and totally renovated 2-bedroom unit offers a custom kitchen with granite, tile backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, breakfast bar with 5 stools, tile and wood flooring throughout, plantation shutters, custom closets, and a large shaded balcony overgrown by the adjacent trees for family and friends to gather. Ready for summertime fun. King in master, queen in second bedroom.

The building is well maintained and is locked for your safety with security cameras enabled. The unit is on third floor. Elevator is in the building. You have 7 steps down to the kitchen/living area and another 7 steps down to the two bedrooms and bathroom. The split-level nicely separates the livelihood of the living area with a large balcony facing the Rehoboth Ave, and the resting area when you can enjoy the tranquility from the bedrooms.

You have one permit for back of building parking + one additional coveted Rehoboth Beach City permit for (non-metered) street parking elsewhere in town and on beach blocks.

Steps to all the fun: across street to Dogfish, a few blocks to beach and board walk; stroll to tons of restaurants and Funland! You can walk to the beach/board walk within 12 minutes or so. But if you carry beach gears, you can drive over and park in the non-metered streets within ocean blocks with the city parking permit.

The washer/dryer are private to the unit. They are in the laundry room next door. You have a key to the next door laundry room to access the private washer/dryer. Trash is collected at the back of the building.

We use a professional cleaning service once you have checked out. Check-in time is not before 4:00 pm, check-out time is by 11:00 am. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property (state photo id required).

What a fantastic stay!

Cindy is a fantastic host - so helpful and responsive - and the place is great. It's multi-floors, which provides some nice separation, and everything was so clean. The location is key - it's right on the main street in Rehoboth and walkable to everything!

Perfect spot to enjoy all Rehobeth beach has to offer

10 minute walk along shops and restaurants you’ll want to visit along your way to the boardwalk and beach. Cindy is an amazing and attentive host who offers a beautifully decorated, clean and spacious place to relax and call home for a few days. We will definitely be back and truly we’re sorry we couldn’t stay longer!

Great condo!

Cindy’s place was exactly what we were looking for during our LDW trip to Rehoboth. The space was exactly as pictured and right downtown. I bit of a hike to the beach if you want to walk but Cindy provided a parking pass, making it a breeze to park a few blocks from the beach.

Comfort and Convenience

Excellent condo right on Reboboth Beach, but in a more relaxed atmosphere. Couldn't have been better for my family. Easy for my daughter and her friend to get around and enjoy the beach and boarwalk and for my wife and I to find good food in the neighborhood. Excellent choice and would be happy to rent again. The property owner is friendly and responsive too!

Lively Rehoboth Beach getaway!

We had a great time at Cindy's condo right in the heart of Rehoboth Ave. Everything was just as described and Cindy was a fantastic communicator. It was very convenient to have the additional parking pass for street parking for days we decided to drive to the beach versus walk. My young adult daughters and I had a lovely getaway. I highly recommend it!

Good, quiet location

Clean unit and nicely decorated! Walking distance to all shops/restaurants on Rehoboth Ave.Super easy check-in. The only thing we noted was that the size of the unit was a little smaller than it appears in the pics. Overall good experience!

Wonderful Stay

This was one of the best vacation rental properties I have visited. I came with my mom for a three day beach trip. The place was exactly like the pictures. Great layout for two people. Very, very clean which is the most important thing to me. Kitchen and all furniture all updated. Great balcony. Great location. Communication with property manager was excellent - prompt, helpful responses. Easy check in. I am looking forward to coming back to this property.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was clean and modern. Everything was as described in the listing and the location was very walkable. The building was nice and quiet with polite neighbors. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time. It was a perfect size for the 2 of us. However, the mattresses on the beds were incredibly thin and the beds were low to the ground. Also, there were very few coffee cups, so we had to keep washing them and reusing them. The listing says it sleeps 6, but only 3 coffee cups were provided.

Great location! Close to restaurants and shops. Nice quiet condo building. Appealing decor!

Easy communication with owner made the experience pleasant. Condo is good for 4 adults. Location was ideal for accessing many restaurants and shops. Long walk to beach, but the beach locations that were more to our liking required a short drive anyway.

Nice place

Is not walking distance to beach if you are carrying chairs,bags and cooler etc. Nice location otherwise on Rehobeth Avenue. Also would have been nice to have more than one Tv. But overall nice, clean place.

I love camping along the seashore and spending time at the beach with my water loving family. We love to stroll on Rehoboth Ave for the fine shops and dinings, explore the historic Lewes, beaches, bike in Henlopen State Park and Gordon’s Pond, and play water sports. Hosting guests with a pleasant stay brings me a lot of joy! Hope you will enjoy Delaware beaches as much as we do!
