Sundown Cottage by Clear Water Rentals är det perfekta läget för en romantisk tillflyktsort för två eller en helg till en familj. Bakgården och privata däck tillbaka till trädbevuxen, outvecklad kärnmark med ett tomt parti i norr och i söder stora träd och buskar som skiljer grannarna ger känslan av att vara borta från livets liv och rörelse. Denna stuga ger en lugn miljö för en matlagning och det bakre däck är en perfekt plats att njuta av morgonkoppen.

Denna plats ligger bara några minuter från fiske och båtliv vid Tenkiller Lake och en promenad från lokal mat. Du kan välja att njuta av bekvämligheterna i Sundown Cottage medan du bor i din favoritbok eller fylla din dag med en mängd olika aktiviteter i närheten. Kom och bo hos oss och njut av lugnet som endast Sundown Cottage kan erbjuda.

Kabinen är belägen utanför Tenkiller State Park tvärs över gatan vilket gör det mycket bekvämt för poolen och stänkskyddet, dykparken, båtrampen, Big Daddy's Restaurant och Pine Cove Marina. Vår plats gör det bekvämt för staden Gore och Vian för bränsle, livsmedel och förnödenheter.

Stugan rymmer 8 vuxna som erbjuder två sovrum med nyligen uppdaterade drottningsminnesmadrasser, en nyligen uppdaterad 4-tums minnesskummadrass på bäddsoffan i vardagsrummet och en luftmadrass vid behov. Båda badrummen har dusch / badkar combo. Alla sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls. Vi torkar ofta sängspridningarna, lägger till nya handdukar för att ersätta skadade och nya lakanuppsättningar varje år.

Stugan har ett rymligt fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, satellit-TV och DVD, främre och bakre däck, kolgrill, eldstad inomhus och en utomhus eldstad. Gott om plats att parkera flera fordon med båtar.

Michael grew up in NE OK and I (Katy) grew up in the upper gulf coast area of Texas. Our adventure together began one evening when we ran into each other in SE TX. We instantly felt we were soulmates (I actually phoned my mother that evening and told her I had met the man I was going to marry). Our first date was whimsical and from then on, we were inseparable. We married 6 months later and relocated to the Midwest where we started a family and had a passion for renovating houses. Several years later we craved our native warmer climate and settled down in NE Oklahoma. Michael enjoys competitive bass fishing (the whole family truly does - but he takes it seriously!) and I enjoy hiking, finding waterfalls & swimming holes, and exploring. I have a servant's heart and my love language is hosting. I enjoy spoiling others with experiences and find the most impactful moments wouldn't be possible without the fine details. We are so excited to be to be a part of your next adventure!

Tenkiller offers crystal clear waters making it a popular dive lake with plentiful fishing, boating and water sports. Right across the dam is Tenkiller Overlook with breathtaking views of Tenkiller and miles of nature trails. Within 5 minutes your fly can be cast on the water below the dam or at the Watts Trout Fishing Area on the lower Illinois River enjoying year-round trout fishing. Or perhaps floating the Illinois River is more your speed? Pick your trailhead so you can explore and hike in the beauty of the Ozarks. Embark on an adventure at Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge capturing photographs of wildlife, hiking, taking a guided tour, or hunting various wild game - notably ducks. Maggie May offers vast outdoor space among the private furnished front & back decks and large backyard that backs up to the protected forest. Enjoy grilling and wholesome conversation around the firepit. In front of the cabin is plenty of space for vehicles and boats to park. Power is easily accessible and available for charging boats.

Indoors you are greeted with expansive open space with vaulted ceilings within the living room & kitchen space.

Get cozy in the living room on the couch or recliner chairs and enjoy some games, movies, music, or conversation. Dish TV with the Outdoor Package, stocked DVR, and DVD player are provided. Games & vast DVD selection may be found in the TV console. Connect your phone to the Bluetooth soundbar to enjoy your favorite playlists & have an impromptu dance party with your guests. The living room has plentiful space & black out curtains allowing for our provided 2 queen-sized inflatable mattresses to be made up for larger groups (linens provided).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a magnitude of appliances, some spices, cooking utensils, baking dishes/sheets, pots & pans, and dishes ready for a full meal to be prepared - if you choose. Under the sink you'll find some cleaning supplies and dish detergent.

Relax in the bedrooms on the queen bed with 100% cotton sheets, pillows of assorted comfort, and black out curtains. Each bathroom has its own bathroom with tub & shower combo.

Cleanliness is of upmost importance - you will be hard-pressed to find a cleaner cabin!
