The condo was very nice, and the beach beautiful as always. There were a few minor things that could have made the stay better but overall we had fun. I guess my biggest complaint would be the main reason we booked this listing, the patio. Although it was huge only 2 chairs were safe enough to sit on and the couch cushions were very moldy and several items broken. The table outside was so rusted that one of the kids cut their arm on the top of it. So we didn’t get to use the outdoor area which was our main reason for booking. The shower liner in master was moldy and master bedroom door did not lock nor did the bathroom. There was a mini fridge sitting in dining room that was leaking everywhere so we cleaned it up and took care of it. Also the condo itself smelled very musty but I get if ppl leave patio doors open then that creates moisture so maybe run a dehumidifier when condo is not being used. I think a good deep clean esp of furniture would do wonders. Overall we had a great time and I made sure to leave condo cleaner then how I got it. I try very hard to treat others property like I would my own home. Thank you for sharing your space with this large family. Ps that parking place is tricky!!

Very nice condo!

The parking spots are very confusing & one parking pass is definitely not enough, the wifi is not very good, the beach is full of paid chairs, so not very much room to set up personal stuff, but the condo is in a great location, very clean & spacious. It was overall a great place to stay!

Great week

The stay was nice and I love the location but the parking is horrendous, and only 2 parking passes, with one being in an overflow across the street, for a 4 bedroom and 4 bath condo. Several minor things were broken but did not affect our usage or stay at the unit. I let the host know immediately and they were quick to respond each time. It needed a really deep clean but was fine

Family get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying here! The location was perfect. Boardwalk to the beach close to the shoreline. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and each of the 4 bedrooms having their own bathroom was great. The only downside to the unit’s location was having the trash chute just outside the door. It was a bit noisy some days. Overall pleased with everything. Had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they were addressed very quickly and thoroughly. Great management.

Roaches

The doors was literally laying in the floor, roaches the size of madagascar roaches. Lamp broken and door handle broke laying in the floor. Washer smelled so bad like meldew made whole bathroom smell.

Loved every minute of it!

So grateful to have found this beautiful beach getaway for our family! We had such a great time. Deck is beautiful! View is breathtaking. Overall we had such an amazing trip! Future renters may need to bring a big skillet if you're cooking for a large family.

Spring Break

The highlight of this property is definitely the balcony. It is huge and the view is fantastic! We were able to see dolphins every day. It was also nice having a bathroom for each bedroom. Lots of common space. Being on the 3rd floor was nice because there was only 1 working elevator (although it did look like they were working on getting the second one fixed). Just wish that the pool and hot tub were a little bigger. Overall we had a great stay.

Disgustingly unclean

The bed linens were old and most had stains on them, a throw pillow for one bedroom had something spilled on it and I washed it. All the tub/showers had soap scum and grime on the walls, there was two pair of underwear (not ours) under the nightstand, the beds were uncomfortable. When we arrived the water was running from the spigot to the shower and would not turn off. Called and a maintenance person attended to it the best he could then he had to call a plumber but since it was the weekend we had to wait two days.

Great week!

The condo was nice. The balcony was amazing! Normal wear & tear. We did have trouble keeping the sliding doors to balcony from the living room closed. If you have more then 2 cars parking isn’t ideal. The over flow parking lot is very small. It cost $84 to park in city parking lot across the road. That being said we had great weather & enjoyed our stay.

Spacious and great view

Open floor plan, huge deck and great view made this unit a good place to winter in PCB. We a had plenty of room for friends and family visiting and thoroughly enjoyed hearing and watching the ocean waves from our 3rd floor deck. The unit is nicely decorated. The beds and bedding need to be upgraded. Bathrooms are base grade and the whole unit needs to be deep cleaned. That said, the winter rates for all the space & views made the unit a really good value.

Ocean ritz 301

Our overall experience was great! We stay at Ocean Ritz every year with another family. The condo fits us nicely with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. We loved that this condo was the third floor because we did not have to use the elevator which could be challenging sometimes with there only being two elevators for the entire condo. Another challenge of staying at Ocean Ritz is parking, some of the spots are tricky, but 301 had a pretty easy spot to get into. The condo was also updated and decorated cute!

The beach and condo were very nice, missing a few things

The condo was nice and clean, beach was beautiful, condo complex nice, had plenty of towels and do to the time of year we stayed, mid Oct. Parking and elevator were no problem. A few things needed, locks on bedroom doors, locks on patio door did not work, only minimal silverware, no serving spoons,very little serving/mixing bowels, shower curtain In master bathe with two sinks was gross/ I bought a $2 one at walmart. Washer and dryer nice, dishwasher was than adequate.

Great place for a Fall Break

Overall, the condo was very nice. Clean and spacious with plenty of cooking/eating supplies for the kitchen (and grill) and toys/chairs for the beach. Beds were comfortable and rooms were big enough to fit additional twin blow-up mattress' for the kids. Kitchen was tight for multiple people, but the dinning and living room was huge. Balcony is enormous, could have sat out there all day wtching/listening to the waves. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for 2 things: Parking and Elevators... They both were horrible! Thankfully, being on the 3rd floor (first above parking) we didn't rely on the elevators too much, but when we needed them... we waited and waited. Parking was just a disaster with only 1 (very snug) parking spot in the garage (for a condo that sleeps 12+) and 1 spot in a very small overflow lot across the street. Which we never got to park in because it was always packed (this is in Oct). We ended up paying to park 2 vehicles in the public parking lot behind the overflow lot all week. Not a bad walk as long as you're not unloading. Pool and hot tub area was very nice and clean. Grilling area next to the much used hot tub was also clean and operable. One of the grills was a little slow to cook but the other worked great. The beach was great with a big sand bar area at low tide made for a great "kiddy-pool" area that wasn't too rough on the little ones. Overall experience was great as far as the condo and amenities were concerned. Just parking sucked.

Emailed owner per request advising that balcony door would not stay shut, which is an issue due to the a/c, but heard no response back. Only 1 parking spot per condo, even though up to 12 can sleep in condo. Overflow parking minimal and had to pay for city parking for extra vehicles. Otherwise nice condo, fair price.

My friends and I had a great week. I love the deco in this unit - it was everything we needed. We did have an issue with the oven the first night. Someone covered the bottom up with tin foil and when we heated up dinner the place filled up in smoke. There was grease spilled on the bottom of the oven. One bedroom did not have a tv that worked. Other than those two mishaps the week was awesome 🏖🌊😎

Needs a little work

The parking situation is crazy, there is 1 parking pass for a 4 bedroom condo, other pass has to park in overflow across the street. It was not bad for us but I couldn't imagine if the property was full or during peak season. The mattresses are in DIRE need of replacing. They were all terrible. Saw 2 roaches in one bedroom, but none anywhere else. There was no broom or vacuum in the condo which made it hard to keep floors clean, so we bought a broom and dustpan. The condo had plenty of room for our group of 11 and the view and location was amazing. Just some little things that added up. The mattresses was the worse I have ever slept on in any condo we have been in.

Save your $ and stay somewhere else

The AC never cooled below 74 degrees after maintenance looked at the unit. The parking situation was a nightmare. The parking spots are extremely tight and everyone else had to battle heavy traffic to cross the busy street where overflow parking was located. The linen situation was ridiculous with only one towel available per person for the entire week. Needless to say we wore out the washing machine (which had the tiniest drum I've ever seen) having to do laundry at least twice daily. The beach and view were gorgeous as well as the aesthetics of the condo. Also laundry is in one of the main bedroom en suite bathroom. Could use more seating in the living room for large gatherings. Overall we would not stay there again but appreciated the quick response of maintenance trying to fix the AC situation. Pool was very small but not crowded.

Reviewer Comments: Marvelous ocean view from balcony.When at condo stayed on balcony most of time.Condo filthy¬ well maintained(called to report upon arrival &sent pictures & was offered to have someone come & clean condo).Missing condo number outside of front door.Had to look at all condos on floor to guess which was handicap bars in bathrooms,no lock on left master bedroom door&bathroom door,mattress in front bedroom pitiful, nothing but springs you could feel with your hands-no padding(could not sleep on it so bad),rental on beach umbrella&chairs were $50 per day extra,parking awful(one space allotted,overflow lot did not allot enough spaces & was always filled so was not able to use & cost to park was $84 per wk extra per car,only 1 elevator per bldg so walked stairs mostly since you had to wait 20 minutes on ave. to ride it,stairwell floors very dirty&never cleaned whole week we were there. Good view/access of ocean but will not stay there again.
