NOTICE
• Due to the severe drought in the region, the Government has requested water consumption restrictions. Therefore, we kindly ask for your attention/understanding not to use water unnecessarily to minimize the effects of this problem. There may be periods of lower water pressure and even a ban on pool usage.
• Construction works in the Villa area for an indefinite period. There may be noise from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Groups under 40 years old are not allowed.
• No pets allowed on the property
• Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
• Do not exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 8 guests (children included)
• It is not allowed to leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation without a refund.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.
• Ecolab-certified cleaning products.
• Bedding and bath linens washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.

SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket, safe box.

CHECK-IN: Every day from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Guests should inform SAPvillas in advance of the expected arrival time. If you arrive before 5:00 pm, you can leave your luggage in our office.

Please inform us at least one day in advance if you will be leaving before 11:00 am. If you depart after 11:00 am until 7:00 pm, you can leave your luggage in our office.
