On the ground floor, there are two cozy bedrooms, both with twin beds that can be converted into double beds. On the first floor, there are two additional en-suite bedrooms, also flexible in layout, with access to terraces that provide magnificent sea views.The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the convenience for those who enjoy cooking at home.Outside, the terrace includes a private heated pool (additional cost), perfect for relaxing under the sun. There is also a barbecue area with outdoor dining space and a jacuzzi (additional cost) inviting you to moments of pure relaxation.Located in a quiet area, just a 2-minute walk from São Rafael Beach, this villa is only a 5-minute drive from the center of Albufeira, close to bars, restaurants, and golf courses.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 400 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
