Fantastic Condo and Location!

A wonderful clean and very spacious condo that is fully stocked with everything even including fun family games . Owners Dan and JoAnn were great to work with from our inquiries, booking and our stay. Location is perfect and easy to get to the slopes.

Love Staying Here

We've stayed here every year for the past several ski trips. The house is exceptionally comfortable, clean plus easy access to town. Dan and JoAnn are wonderful hosts. Recommend this house 12/10.

Comfortable and great location

Place was spacious, comfortable, clean, and the location was great - just a few minutes from slopes, grocery, and downtown. The owners were extremely responsive. We would love to stay here again.

Ideal place

This was an ideal place to stay: comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly located right in between Deer Valley’s base lodge and Main Street. Dan and JoAnn provided everything we needed and were great hosts.

Great Stay!

Dan and JoAnn's property was fantastic! There are few better locations to stay at when skiing Deer Valley/Park City. The bus line is conveniently at the mouth of the complex and the locale is super close to everything. The condo was well appointed, clean and cozy. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful trip. Weeklong ski trip with friends, with small children. Well appointed kitchen, with all the cookware and utensils we needed. Also had a stock of spices for cooking as well as some basic condiments. We enjoyed playing settlers of Catan, code names, and ticket to ride. Laundry worked well and was convenient. 2 min walk to Deer Valley drive which had frequent free shuttles both ways to Deer Valley and park city/Main Street. Also an easy 10-15min walk to Main Street on a sidewalk. Hot tub was delightful. Would stay again.

Clean, very well stocked throughout, convenient location (just a few minute drive to Deer Valley, Park City resort and town. Dan and JoAnn are great to deal with and very helpful. Will stay again if we're ever out in Park City.

New Year's in Park City

Our family spent the holiday week in Park City skiing at Deer Valley. We really enjoyed our stay - easy walking distance to Main Street for dinners out and a quick drive or bus ride to the slopes. Dan and JoAnn were excellent hosts and the townhouse was well stocked with everything we needed. We'll definitely look to stay here again next time we're in Park City!

Perfect location for skiing at Deer Valley! Great house, responsive owners, well stocked kitchen. Only suggestion would be to have a laundry basket available. Would definitely rent this house again!

Fantastic

Perfect for two families on a ski vacation - working on a puzzle in front of the fire, warming up in the hot tub, or cooking together in the open kitchen. Clean and incredibly well-stocked. Highly recommend!

Truly a perfect place. Clean, first class, comfortable. Beds are great. Bus stop right there ( with minimal wait times) was easier than driving. Would love to come back.

Fantastic Property

We were so happy with out stay at this property during our recent trip to Deer Valley. Our family had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable, the property was well-stocked with all the items we might need during our stay and the location was perfect for getting to the ski hill each day. We would definitely return to this property for future trips. Highly recommend!

Great location, very helpful hosts!

It was our first time skiing Deer Valley. Dan and JoAnn had lots of helpful advice for us first timers. Condo is extremely close to the base of the mountain. Very spacious and well appointed with everything you need to be comfortable and cook your own meals. The “Deer Valley Difference” is for real! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Home Base

We love staying here - it's our second year in a row bringing our family. It's everything you want in a home away from home: comfortable, clean, convenient, quiet, and stocked with everything you'd need. It's a 3 minute bus ride to town with a stop right in front of the neighborhood. Dan makes you feel right at home and is a fantastic host. This place is 10/10 - we're looking forward to coming again next year!

Great home with epic snow!

We loved our trip to Deer Valley and Dan and JoAnn’s home. My husband and I stayed here with our 3 grown children, their partners and our daughters 7 week old. The house is set up perfectly and the kitchen is better stocked than any we’ve stayed in. With over 400 inches of snow, the skiing was fantastic and the property well maintained, allowing us to still walk to both Park City and Deer Valley. I highly recommend this home!!!

Great Place - Exactly As Described

Two dads with four teenage girls, and we all loved the place. It's about 3 minutes from Deer Valley and the bus stops right in front of the condos. Can't beat it. The girls went back and forth on the bus without any issues. The unit is very clean and well cared for. The furniture is all relatively new and doesn't show any signs of wear/tear. Owners were a delight to deal with. I would certainly stay there again!

Great Location - Amazing Vacation

We had an amazing time. Dan was great. Great communication, via email or text. Any questions we had, he immediately responded and gave us feedback or additional instructions. We were also extremely pleased with how well stocked this house was. It had all of the cooking apparatus that you could ask for, and also had things like aluminum foil, zip lock bags, etc. They had sufficient linens, towels, etc., as well as toiletries (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner). In addition, the house was centrally located. Even with all of the snow, it was easy to walk to Downtown Park City and to the Deer Valley Resort area. We preferred to walk over drive due to the amount of snow, and our lack of experience driving in snow we chose to walk most of the time. The property is less than 1 mile from each of these destinations. In addition, the house was very spacious. It has 3 floors and each floor has a bathroom. It easily fits 3 couples/families, and it gives everyone their own "floor" / personal space. If we do visit Park City again, we would definitely look up this home to stay at again.

Great for families!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family getaway, comfortably accommodating 5 adults and 2 kids (ages 5 and 3). We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The house is well-stocked with all the essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, and more. There were ample towels, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, making it feel like a home away from home.One of the best features is its close proximity to Deer Valley. We didn’t rent a car and relied on the free bus system, which worked out great. The bus stop is just a short walk from the house, though it’s worth noting that the house is situated on a bit of a hill. After a long day of skiing, the walk back up can feel like a bit of a workout! That said, it’s a small trade-off for such a fantastic location and a wonderful stay.We also really appreciated how responsive the owner and property manager were during our stay. When we had trouble getting the fire going, they came over quickly to help us resolve the issue. Additionally, the office/den was a huge bonus for our group, as two adults needed to work remotely for part of the trip. It provided a quiet and comfortable space to be productive.We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!
