Semester i en av de lägre Deer Valley främsta bostäder. Denna moderna bergsstugan var helt ombyggd och ombyggd år 2017. Golv till tak fönster i vardagsrummet erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över Deer Valley Mountain. Med över 2100 kvadratmeter boyta är detta hem perfekt för grupper av vänner och familjer. Inkluderar 3 sovrum, 3 och halv badrum och rymmer upp till 7 personer. Köket är fullt lagrat för matlagning och servering alla måltider. Vardagsrummet har en mysig öppen spis som kan aktiveras med en knapptryckning. Varje sovrum har eget badrum, startfaciliteter och plattskärms-TV med bluray-spelare. Den har ett garage med två bilar och en privat uppfart för ytterligare parkering. Inträdesnivån har ett tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare och ett rymligt område för att lagra skid- / snowboardutrustning och annat redskap.

This townhome is absolutely perfect. The location cannot be beat, and Corinne was incredibly responsive prior to our stay and during. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience, and we're already looking into booking for our next visit.

Fantastic!

Location is perfect for skiing at Deer Valley, right on the shuttle route. The condo is beautiful, modern, clean and comfortable. The property manager is so responsive and accommodating, we really appreciated that.

DV ski townhouse

Excellent location for DV; skier shuttle can be called to door of property. Spacious, well equipped kitchen, updated baths, full size washer and dryer, very convenient ski storage and dressing area at garage level. Mattresses in 2 secondary bedrooms uncomfortable, should be updated.

Beautiful condo with amazing views

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and well-stocked townhome. It was very clean when we arrived, and had most everything we needed as far as appliances, beddings and kitchen necessities. The pictures on VRBO cannot begin to capture the beautiful views of DV from the unit. The setting was so stunning and serene. We really appreciated the portal to portal shuttle from the unit to Snow Park Lodge where the ski lifts for DV are. Corinne was very responsive in all communications and very easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

Excellent group house near Deer Valley and Park City

We had an excellent time at this townhome during the second weekend of the Sundance Festival. We did not ski, but we were only minutes down the road from Deer Valley. We also were able to walk into Park City in about 15 minutes. The property was exactly as advertized in the photos. Everything was clean and worked fine. There were none of the typical hallmarks of a rental vacation property (broken appliances, not clean, trouble getting in, wifi not working, etc.). Everyone had a great time, and we hope to be able to stay here again in future years.

Luxury and comfort all in one

This was the first time my wife and I were in Deer Valley since 1999 - that was less than a year after we were married. This time we brought our three boys and the trip was - as teenagers would say - FIRE. We could not Detect any deficiencies with the condo. It was stunning. Communication with the owner was impeccable - if the inability to reach the property manager or owner sets of Alarms then you have nothing to worry about here. Not only would I stay again but I will be recommending this EXACT unit to anyone who is even thinking about skiiing. I cant wait to make it back and stay again.

Lower Deer Valley

Place is very nice and updated and beds were very comfortable and Corinne is wonderful. We were guests in the summer and it was hot in PC. The place never cooled down even with the AC. And there really isn’t a patio or outside area to sit outside and there is no pool in the community which would have been very nice because of the heat.

Loved this place!

Corinne was great to deal with. Shuttle service from front door to mountain base. Condo is updated, clean, well maintained. En suite bathrooms for each bedroom was a plus.

Wonderful ski trip

Wonderful experience! Corinne is very responsive and accommodating. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are modern. Kitchen has everything needed. Lovely living and dining areas. Shuttle picks up right at property.

Park City Christmas

I can’t say enough about our stay. The condo was clean, spacious, welcoming and well appointed. Any questions I had for the host, no matter how random, were answered quickly. We had a lovely time skiing, visiting Park City and enjoying a lot of snow! I’d definitely recommend staying here and we will certainly be renting again. Beautiful home

My family and I had a wonderful time at this location. Very well kept and clean. The owner was very accommodating. Great location and close to Main Street by car or a 20 min walk. There’s a fully stocked kitchen. I appreciated that there was shampoo and body wash available for use. Beautiful views.
