The Codo was PERFECT! It had everything that i needed. I didnt have to walk any steps to get to the room. It is one of the most well stocked Condos ive ever stayed in.

Great condo!

The condo was wonderful and the location was so close to everything. We were in the area for a softball tournament. The walk in level was so convenient with coolers and big bags. The balcony overlooking the pool and lake were a great bonus. Also, this condo was one of the most thoroughly equipped in the kitchen I’ve ever stayed at. At the end of our stay, I saw that Dawn even had a container under the bathroom sink titled “in case you forgot”. She literally had any toiletries you could possibly need in there. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent!

If you've been to the Ozarks, you know it's not laid out in any convenient, "normal city" way.This condo sits in a great location - about a 10-minute drive to shopping and food whether you head east or west on 54. We appreciated the ground-level entry, parking right outside of the condo wasn't a problem, and the condo sits right above the swimming pool. My nephew was able to pick us up in his boat at the end of Dock 1, which was a short walk from the condo. We had a small issue with keys/locks (our own fault), which Dawn and maintenance took care of within 5 minutes. The condo itself is beautiful, clean and comfortable. She has coolers and blow-ups available, as well as a grill. Being only 3 minutes by boat to my niece/nephew's lake house, I have suggested this condo for their future overflows, and we definitely will be booking again in the future. We had a wonderful, enjoyable week!

Great location and great amenities

This condo was beautiful! The size was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything i needed to cook dinner. We loved all the lake themed decor. The amenities at this property were perfect for our stay. We spent an entire day at the beach on the lake. Great spot for families with kids. And of course we had to swim in the pool every day. I would have given 5 stars... but it seems like sound travels easily throughout the building. The neighbor downstairs asked that we be mindful of our footsteps and noise. Really took me off guard because i thought we were doing our best with kids ages 7 and 9. Plus every day we were gone almost all day long and at night our kids were usually toast and just coming back to the condo to take bathes and head to bed. So this may not be the space for families with toddlers. However the stay was great and we enjoyed our time in the Lake of the Ozarks!

Very Nice Condo

One of the nicest condos we have stayed at in the OZARKS. Clean, everything we needed, nicely decorated and beds are comfortable. The pool was clean and close by. The beach area was a lot smaller than I expected, but it is close by. It seemed to be in a very nice condo complex.

Labor Day weekend

This unit is fully stocked, updated and clean. We loved the space and decor. The location is perfect for families- close to restaurants and activities. It was great having pools and beach on site. Couldn’t have picked a better place for our Labor Day weekend family stay.

Great Getaway

The condo was nicely decorated. Dawn was very responsive whenever I had a question. They had the condo well stocked with items to enjoy your vacation like rafts, beach toys, fishing gear and board games. We look forward to staying again.

Gorgeous condo! Perfect for our family of 4!

Loved this condo! Beautifully and tastefully decorated in a “lake” theme. Beds, pillows, couch, and the recliners are all so comfortable. The condo is ground level literally across from the walk way. We loved staying here and the location for us was near perfection as our marina is one street/cove over. Definitely one of my favorite condos we’ve ever stayed at and I’m picky. Not about to waste my money on something with dated furniture/fixtures and tacky decor. 5 ⭐️’s

Summer get away

This was a great place to stay, everything was perfect! Check in was easy, the condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and they had extras like a small cooler to use and some pool floaters! The location is perfect and loved our time there. This is our second year we have gone to the lake of the ozarks and would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. We liked that it had a beach . There isn't too many condos ,places with a beach. Nice looking over the pool and close to the pool and beach. But the view of th re lake wasn't th e best. Would stay there again over all liked the location. I would rate our stay a 4. It was good . Thank you.

Great vacation!

Everything was fantastic! The rental was a great layout and had cute, comfortable touches everywhere. You can tell how thoughtful the owner is and that they care about your trip! It was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 kids).

We loved staying at this condo!! Not only was it nicely updated and decorated, it’s super close to the beach and one of the pools!! It’s also so nice that you don’t have to walk up stairs to get inside!! We love the ledges and this condo did not disappoint!! We plan to come back again next year!!

Perfect condo!

My three sons and I rented the condo for a family vacation and met my sisters and their family at the lake. It is such a cute place with everything you need to make your vacation filled with fun! The decor is beachy and relaxing. The place has two pools and a sandy beach. The terrace overlooks one of the pools AND the sandy beach. We enjoyed the condo immensely and will definitely return. Thanks Dawn!
