Helt ny strandfront 2 BR / 2 BA lägenhet vid Harborside på Marker 33. Vår fastighet har en fantastisk utsikt över Intracoastal från en privat balkong, ligger tvärs över gatan från stranden och ligger i hjärtat av Indian Rocks Beach!

Gästerna kan gå direkt från fastigheten och komma åt många lokala restauranger, barer och butiker. Vår lägenhet inkluderar 4 dagliga vattenparkpass - en $ 100 per dag värde! Vuxna kan koppla av vid poolen med tillgång till fullständiga restauranger och barer på plats medan barnen kan njuta av glidbanorna i full storlek, uppvärmd 600 ft lat flod, blå lagun och mer. Fisk allt du vill utanför bryggorna precis utanför! Du kommer också att njuta av solnedgångar vid viken från två soldäck mot väster.

Interiören i 415 är specialdesignad med vacker inredning. Det är perfekt för både familjer eller smekmånad. Enheten har färska lugna färgfärger och uppgraderade brickor och trägolv. Allt är helt nytt, lätt och luftigt.

Great beach condo!

Property was clean, felt safe, and was so close to the beach and delicious restaurants. The condo was spacious with many amenities. The on site waterpark was a very fun plus! Cody was fabulous about communication. We would stay again!

Exactly as described!

First time for our family being in Indian rocks, we loved the condo was perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved the Xbox, and games provided. Condo had a beautiful view and we saw dolphins a few mornings.

Awesome!

Condo is great with an awesome view of the intercoastal from the balcony! Very clean, beds were comfortable and condo was well stocked with the necessities. Kids loved the water park, parents enjoyed the beach chairs and wagon provided to help haul our stuff back and forth to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The owner checked in with us a few times to see if we had any questions and to make sure everything was good at the condo. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway for Families!

We had a wonderful stay! Traveled with our two kids - ages 9 and 6 and it was perfect. We really appreciated the quick walk to the beach and access to the waterpark. Condo was fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing day at the beach - wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. it was plenty spacious for our family of 4. Clean, cozy, and the owner was very communicative. Highly recommend.

Rock the Coast

Everything we'd hoped for plus. Kitchen, Living Space, Balcony just right. Comfortable beds. One day/night the daughter's family of 5 crowded in with us and they made the 2nd bedroom work no problem. Have never repeated a stay at a vrbo but am thinking seriously of booking again.

Memorable

We booked this condo believing it would accommodate us and our children and grandchildren. It was everything we hoped for. We enjoyed the water park and the beach. Cody, the property owner checked in many times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Great time there!

Perfection at Indian Rocks Beach

Superbly located and equipped apartment with a large south facing balcony overlooking the beautiful intracoastal waterway and a 5 minute walk to a glorious beach.Excellent communications from Cody who was always accessible with any questions before and during our stay.Wonderful restaurant options within walking distance.We will miss watching for dolphins and birds whilst eating breakfast on the balcony!Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top quality place to stay in IRB.

Amazing!

Great place for our winter getaway! Cody and Jess are the perfects hosts. The communication was excellent, the place was as advertised, super clean and a short walk to the beach. Our kids loved the waterpark and pool and my wife and I enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the deck. Highly recommend!

Family trip

Condo was in a very convenient location. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, walking paths. Loved sitting each morning for coffee watching the ducks and fishermen loading up to go out. Cody and Jessica were very easy to contact. Always responded within minutes. A must stay condo

Our host made everything super easy and communication was very fast. The condo was extremely clean and amazing as far as hosts go you can’t ask for any better highly recommend if you go to Indian rocks beach book with them!!

Amazing!!

Our family of six just returned from our vacation at this perfect little condo near the beach, shops, restaurants, and waterpark. Everything you need is within walking distance, and the condo is clean, modern, and exactly as described in the photos. Cody, the owner, was friendly and easily reachable. Only a call or text away for any questions. He even checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Beach towels, wagon, cooler, and chairs are all provided so you do not have to bring your own. We will definitely do business with this host in the future! Highly recommended!

Perfect Spot

Our family stayed for four nights in this great condo. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful and we would definitely stay again. I loved that we could walk to coffee, restaurants, and the beach and Indian Rocks Beach is a lovely & down to earth little town. The condo is close enough to Clearwater but I was happy to stay in this lower key environment. The unit is spacious and very clean and I think it was even nicer than the photos convey. A couple of things to keep in mind, especially if you're flying in as we did: you will need to purchase/bring t.p., paper towels, etc. as the condo comes with one of each (with one extra per bathroom) and if you check in late at night it can be a bit challenging to navigate. Note that there's a CVS in walking distance which is super convenient. As an fyi the 'storage' unit is actually labelled 'closet' and is outside the front door. We had no issues with parking on the street and it was much easier than the parking structure. My only 'complaint' is that we needed more blankets and the towels are ready to be replaced but it was all very manageable. The hosts have done an excellent job with instructions and ensuring that they are available if you have questions (thank you again :)!!).

Wonderful spot for families

This place is perfect in the heart of Indian Rocks just a few blocks off the beach with bars and restaurants close. It was truly paradise for both us and our kids - ages 4, 6, 8 to have access to a free water park, be 2 blocks from the beach and a short ride to Clearwater. Thank you for sharing you slice of paradise with our family!

Cody and Jessica are just the best. This was the first time the owners checked in. The condo was everything they said it would be. It was a great surprise. They were up front and honest, even ablut the parking. The splash harbor is a bonus to this little gem of paradise. Just a wonderful place to vacation.

Great Condo

This condo is one of the best we have ever rented. It was spacious and located on the canal. It was fun sitting on the balcony, watching the boats come in and out. It is also within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. The beach was also close enough to walk to. We would definitely rent it again.

My name is Cody and I'll be your host for your unforgettable vacation at Indian Rocks Beach. I've been living in Florida for the past 15 years, but I'm originally from Texas. I love the weather, people, and lifestyle here. My primary residence is only about an hour away from IRB, so I'm somewhat of a local. Feel free to ask me about things to do and where to eat. I consider myself a food and travel geek, so forgive me if I get excited. I look forward to hosting you!

Varför värden valde detta boende

IRB is my personal favorite beach in the St. Pete / Clearwater area. It's quaint and relaxing, but has plenty to do. The area is full of families and great people. The condo is absolutely awesome. It's the only property like it in this area of Florida with the included water park. Perfect for families or snowbirds and has full hotel-like amenities. You can have a fully functioning home with the convenience of everything you get a hotel. Win-win in my opinion!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

One of my favorite things are the two huge outdoor sun viewing decks. You'll get access with your key and you can enjoy gulf sunsets over the ocean from the privacy of the property. It's lovely to have a glass of wine out there with the breeze and watch the sun disappear. It's a nice treat at the end of the day. I even proposed on the rooftop to my wife Jessica!
