Camp Watercolor-renoveringen är klar och poolerna är öppna. Det finns en pool med noll tillträde, lat flod, rutschbanor och handduk / mat / dryck. Beach Club-poolen håller på att byggas också. Den gamla / befintliga delen av Beach Club håller på att rensas och den nyrenoverade Beach Club är planerad att vara klar i slutet av juni. De två nya poolerna som läggs till på denna plats kommer att vara färdiga i slutet av året.

Älskar akvarell och hav, älskar läger akvarell och akvarell Beach Club? ... sedan njuta av detta är livet centralt beläget stuga! Undangömt på tyst LAKE DISTRICT LANE i FASE I Cottage District bara några steg från Seaside!

Fas I är centralt beläget till Watercolor Beach Club, Watercolor's sex pooler, Western Lake, Tennis Center och intill Seaside.

Denna stuga är den perfekta resan för en liten familj! Njut av avskildheten och lyxen med att ha ditt eget rymliga, vackra, 2 sovrum, 2 fulla badstuga med trägolv, dramatiska 20-fots tak i det stora rummet och välvda tak i den vackra mästaren med en king size-säng. Stranden är en snabb 10 minuters promenad eller en 3-5 minuters cykeltur, beroende på om du ska till stränderna vid havet eller vattenfärgen. Några av Watercolors flera pooler väntar på dig!

Gratis trådlöst internet med kabel-tv finns tillgängligt. Varje rum har sin egen TV och DVD-spelare. Smarta TV-apparater och laddstationer finns i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Njut av en familjefilmkväll med vårt DVD-bibliotek och storskärms-TV i familjerummet.

Koppla av medan du sitter på den avkopplande verandan med utsikt över ett naturområde med en väg till tennisbanorna och havet. Njut av det fantastiska köket med rostfria vitvaror och en granitbänk med plats för fem eller har en familjemiddag i matsalen med sex platser eller ät på en av de många lokala restaurangerna eller grilla ute på kolgrillen. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och rummet har två dubbelsängar som kan sova 4 barn för totalt 6 gäster! Varje sovrum har eget badrum för privatliv.

Perfect layout and great location for me and my 9 yr. and 12 yr. grandchildren. Property is as described which is not always the case. The property owner was the most communicative of any VRBO owner I have experienced. Very quiet and convenient to Seaside. Short distance to pools and Watercolor beach.

Beautiful, clean and spacious home with everything you could need and in a great location! We loved taking the free trolley to the beach and beach clubs and the short walk to all of the restaurants and shops in seaside. The owner is wonderful and made sure we had a great stay and all of the information we needed. Cannot recommend this home enough.

Fantastic Week in WaterColor

Beautiful home that is extremely well maintained with a great and super responsive owner. Great location that is walking distance to everything, including Seaside. Loved the vaulted ceiling living room / kitchen. Super quiet and had everything you would need for a week stay.

Great trip!

We had a wonderful time - perfect location for our family (children ages 5-8). Enjoyed biking to all of the neighborhood pools and down to the beach. Quick walks to dinner/icecream. Loved the privacy of the backyard area. It was a great week!

Secret path

Enjoyed the backyard privacy and secret path by the tennis courts to Seaside. Owner friendly and helpful answering pre trip questions. Highly recommend.

The house was very clean and exactly what we needed and expected from the pictures. Miki was a perfect host. She was very proactive before we arrived to make sure we understood all the details and what to expect from Seaside/Watercolor. She was also super responsive if I had any questions. The house is in a great location and it was just like home.

Great family location

The house is in perfect location with Seaside only steps away and right between Camp Watercolor and Beach Club. Miki was a great host and was very responsive and had thought through every detail to make our family vacation easy and enjoyable.

Perfect

We loved our time in Watercolor. Cozy Cottage was perfect for our young family of 4. Our girls loved having their room together and that it wasn’t far from ours. So much space, loved coffee on the back porch. Everything was clean and updated. Location is amazing.. we loved biking to beach club, seaside, and watercolor camp. No need for golf cart for us.

Great Location!

I can’t say enough about this property! Miki was wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive to any questions I had. The house is perfectly situated next to Seaside to quickly walk into town to enjoy the area. This is our 7th time to 30A and 2nd time in Watercolor and would absolutely return to this property!

The BEST Stay on 30A

This was by far the BEST VRBO we have ever rented! As other reviews have shared, Miki goes above and beyond to ensure that those staying in her home feel welcomed. Through two calls leading up to our stay Miki made sure to answer all of our questions and provide recommendations for various things to do and see in the area given the age and interests of our kids. In addition to Miki being a great host, the home was even better than we could have imagined. It was clean, beautifully decorated, the linens and beds were so comfortable, and the level of attention to even the smallest details was above and beyond. We traveled with our two children, ages 10 and 14, and the house was the perfect fit for our needs. It is also perfectly situated in the neighborhood with a quick walk to Seaside and a quick bike ride to the pools and beach, but also tucked back on a very quiet, street that provided the perfect private retreat at the end of the day. We had so much fun during our stay, we decided to stay for another week and rented a home nearby. We quickly learned that what Miki offers with this home is above and beyond compared to other rentals. We look forward to coming back and staying here again next summer!!

Family Watercolor Vacation

We loved our stay! Location is very convenient to all Watercolor amenities and Seaside. The home is very comfortable with sleeping quarters away from living quarters. We hope to stay here again.

Great time during spring break!

2 adults and 2 kids (9) and (5). The owner was exceptional to work with from booking to arrival through check out. She was able to accommodate our odd arrival time and was quick to suggest some rainy-day activities when we needed. Would happily stay again!

Wonderful vacation!

The house itself is in a perfect location for both an easy walk into Seaside and a beautiful stroll over to the beach club, and all the amenities that watercolor has to offer! We literally could not have picked a better location for both! Miki was hands-down, the best VBRO person we’ve ever worked with - so informative and helpful. She went above and beyond to try to make our stay as special as possible and was so quick with any answers or help with suggestions whenever we’ve needed it. The house itself is beautifully equipped with everything that you need! We loved the porch and sat outside every morning with our coffees. Absolutely recommend!

Perfect Thanksgiving Vacation

My wife, daughter and my sister recently stayed at this house for the week of Thanksgiving. The location was perfectly situated between Watercolor and Seaside. We could walk out the back door and be in the seaside town square in less than five minutes. Miki was super responsive and thoughtful, and ensured our stay was perfect from start to finish. The home is beautiful and gives plenty of relaxing space for everyone. Will definitely book again!

There is nothing negative I could say about this property & the booking/checking in the home. The owner has thought of everything. We had a great getaway before the holidays, rented bikes had them delivered, that was nice. Everything is on 1 level, kitchen is stocked even though we ate out most of the time, 3 minute walk to town square. Definitely would stay again thanks for sharing your home!!!

Great house in a perfect location

This is a great little house in a perfect location in Watercolor. One block via bike to a cut through to Seaside, and a couple blocks in either directions to the pool and beach. The house itself is in great shape and was perfect for our family of four. The property manager was extremely helpful and very good at communicating. She provided our group a check list of things (bike rental, golf cart rental, chair rental, etc.). Made it super easy to get set up. Would highly recommend. My only criticism of watercolor in general (and this is not specific to this property) is these RFID wristbands you must keep with you to access them the pools or beaches. I get that they don’t want everybody to show up at the pools, but the wrist bands are easy to lose and a pain to dig through your bag when you’re carrying a days worth of beach supplies. Oh well!

Repeat stay and love this house

Miki does such a wonderful job making sure everything is ready for a great vacation. The house is well equipped and we love the layout for our crew. This was our 2nd stay and have recommended this house to so many friends. Oh and it’s super close to Seaside if you want an evening walk or a frozen banana.

Cozy Cottage

Thank you for such a lovely stay in Watercolor! We could not have been happier with our stay. The property was just as described, and had everything we needed. Such an amazing location, just a short walk away from the beach and all of the action in Seaside. Our host was exceptional! We felt so welcome. It truly felt like our own home away from home. We are already looking forward to returning next year!
