Pictures really don’t do it justice. This place was way better than expected. So cozy, and perfect for spending quality time with the family. 8 minute walk to public beach access, 15 minute walk to Seaside. I always look for details like this in reviews from other folks: plenty of beach towels at the house! They even had some laundry detergent. Pool and beach toys were also available. Helps to pack less for next time! It makes such a difference renting straight from the owner. Cyndi was great and communicated well. We would absolutely come back!

The house and location were incredible! Perfect for the beach and the downtown area is unbelievably charming. The house was extremely well done, clean and had everything we could have needed. The porch and pool area made our trip, especially with kids. We will definitely book again. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Can’t say more nice things about our trip!

There was no beach view but a 3 minute drive to beach and walk down some steps. The pool was nice and cold. The beach access is not for people who have trouble with winding stairs. The bnb is very clean, beautifully decorated, up to date furnishings. Our host was wonderful. The kitchen had a lot of amenities. We enjoyed our stay. 3 sisters!!

If you’re tired of stark and grey and crave warmth and charm this little hideaway is perfection! The cottage is very clean and comfortable and every need is thought of and provided for. The bright, happy kitchen and screened back porch need to be in Southern Living. Seagrove Beach and all the shops and restaurants of Seaside are an easy walk away. The host is very responsive and gracious. I will definitely stay here again!
