We feel, it is our duty to anticipate needs and respond to health and safety requirements. Drastic measures have been taken to elevate our cleanliness standards and hospitality norms and behaviors to meet the new health and safety challenges. This property has four private entrances to the local street, for each area. There are no common use corridors or other shared areas that would jeopardize the social distancing guidelines. We use sprayers and hospital-grade detergents with the highest classification of disinfectants, that rapidly clean and disinfect entire areas and surfaces. Hand sanitation stations, gloves and masks are provided on site, free of charge. 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 kitchenettes are available for in-house dining and preparing food.
This is a downtown 180 sq.metres, 2 stores property with 2 spacious apartments + 2 private studios all independent with private entrances yet all attached in the same building sharing a big veranda. This Modern , Quality & Sunny private house can host up to 13 people, perfectly located in the center of Fira Town traditional district less than 4' walking distance from Volcano View , Cable car , Central market , restaurants , clubs and all Major spots. Offers 4 Lovely bedrooms with bright and colourful decoration that gives a warm atmosphere with comfortable double beds, 2 cosy dining and seating rooms, 3 sofa beds, 5 modern bathrooms, balcony and veranda..plus 2 fully equipped kitchen + 2 smaller kitchenettes with all the electrical appliances and utensils you need to cook during your stay.
