This charming detached cottage comfortably sleeps up to four guests and is the perfect choice for family and couples. The property has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard and offers a warm and inviting retreat to return to after a busy day of exploring. Lynicote Farm features a spacious double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Set all on the ground floor, the open plan living space offers the perfect place to unwind, while the well-equipped kitchen is sure to please the chef in the family, where they can prepare hearty home cooked meals. Outside, the garden has a courtyard area with garden seating, ideal for al fresco dining, alongside a children’s play area.

Local attractions nearby include the Cornish coast, just 3 miles away with stunning beaches at Perranporth and Porthtowan, and the city of Truro, with a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants open all year round. The world famous Eden Project is a 40-minute drive away and hosts several concerts throughout the spring and summer. This is a fantastic property to enjoy with family and friends. Explore the Cornish coastline by car, bike or on foot, or enjoy a wide selection of golf courses while admiring the stunning scenery. Beach 3 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
