625 kvadratmeter privata, rena och bekväma lägenhet vid stranden på nedre våningen i vårt hus, med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Det är bara några steg och du är på stranden.
Svit med ett sovrum med en ny (juli 2019) queen-size säng, komplett kök, badrum och utomhusdusch, vardagsrum m / queen size-bäddsoffa med extra minneskum och matplats. ALLA med en oceanFRONT-vy och åtkomst! Ingen annanstans på Washingtons kust kommer du vara så nära stranden.
Boende för 1 till högst 4 personer.
Gas spis, täckt uteplats med HOT TUB och BBQ, anlagd trädgård med områden för att komma ur vinden och vädret och en eldstad, TV, DVD, stereo och WI FI internetuppkoppling. Täckt mussa / fiskrengöringsrum med handfat.

Gå ut genom dörren för en strandpromenad till Moclips River eller staden Pacific Beach. Beachcomb, titta på en storm, surfa fisk, mussla gräva, surfa, kajak, springa, spela boll, bygga ett sandslott, flyga en drake eller bara sitta och njuta av din egen privata sittplats på stranden.
Sitt i huset, på uteplatsen eller i badtunnan och se dina barn säkert leka på stranden, precis framför dig. Din utsikt sträcker sig norrut, till Pt. Grenville och söderut, till Ocean Shores. Stranden är stängd för körning från 15 april till och med Labor Day.

Det är en kort bilresa till Pacific Beach, Lake Quinault, Olympiska halvön och Ocean Shores. Fantastiskt fiske är i närheten.

Short getaway

This host makes a huge effort to create a beach vacation atmosphere and succeeds. I was, however, disappointed by how urbanized this Moclips beach strip is, with its cars on the beach and suburban-type housing.

Ladies get-away

Quiet Beach Getaway

This clean, quiet stay was so relaxing! We enjoyed waking up to Pacific Ocean views and the cool morning mists in early September. We had all the privacy we wanted. The hosts gave clear instructions on how to get here and all local info we needed. If we ever come to the Northwest again, I'd definitely look for an opening at the Beach Bum Inn.

Quick family getaway

Great spot for a small family to getaway for a long weekend. Great access to the beach and the hot tub with a view is tough to beat! Our soon to be two year old loved it!

So quiet and comfortable

We never got bored. Walked down to the beach everyday and flew kites. We used the hot tub once. We were able to drive down to the beach as well. We walked to the Moclips river. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and we really enjoyed it. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from crowds.

Time at the beach

Great place, stayed for our 39th wedding anniversary. Private even though the hosts live upstairs. Seeing the ocean when you first wake up is awesome! Hot tub was nice.

Will definitely be going back sooner than later. The beach bum residence has breathtaking views, you are close to thift shops, restaurants, and miles of beach. Amazing place, with amazing people.

Great beachfront escape

We had a great time at this beachfront apartment. It had everything we needed for a short beach escape and it was great bring able to be able to see and hear the ocean from the apartment and only a short walk down a dune to a fairly quiet (at least in May) beach. The kitchen was well outfitted with enough cooking pots, pans and utensils you could make a meal though the under the counter fridge may be difficult for longer stays (the host did offer some additional space if needed). There was minimal pantry items compared to what the VRBO listing mentioned but there was clarification on what to bring before we came. There isn't much in Moclips in terms of services or resteraunts so make sure to plan ahead or plan to drive to Ocean shores or Aberdeen. Its about a 30 min drive to Ocean Shores and is very scenic. The hosts were very friendly and had clear instructions inside the house on their expectations and a guidebook that was helpful and communiciated quickly. Things like beach towels for using the hot tub was provided and it was an ideal space for the two of us and our baby. We had a great time and would book definetly book again if were headed to that direction.

highly recommend

loved the property, only disappointment was not being able to have guests gather with us for dinner and music. Appreciated the owners, immediate help with TV when needed. Would have appreciated an outline of check out procedures in the info book. Fantastic location, comfortable, pleasing furnishings, great hot tub!

On the beach

Great views from the porch, from the sofa, and from the bedroom. We walked out the door and across the dunes right to the beach. We enjoyed ourselves and Mike was fantastic!

Right on the beach!

This was our 2nd stay at the Beach Bum Inn, so that should say how much we like it there! It has everything a couple needs for a relaxing beach getaway. Full bath, comfortable bed, big windows to enjoy the view and a wonderful hot tub to relax in after beachcombing or exploring the local area. My only advice is bring your food & drinks as the only 'real' grocery store is about 35 miles away.

Just as described, great beach yo walk!

Beautiful beach waves to wake up to. Clean. Great advice to walk to the right and along the Moclips River for a wind break and some nice birding from book of local activities. Wish we would have checked into when clamming season was but that will give us an excuse to come back! Hot tub was to temp, clean, and a superb view of the beach and out of the wind. Nothing fancy but if you want that, there’s Seabrook. For us, much more enjoyable to be ON the beach. Comfortable bed. Great rinse off outdoor shower. And the best part? There were no big grocery stores so we HAD to go out to eat. And what’s more, the closest and only restaurant we could find was high quality dining with not too bad of prices for that. We ate at ocean crest resort for 4 fabulous meals! Highly recommend. We were even able to check in early, although we didn’t quite make it up the place till later. There’s even a trail that’s lit at night if you wanted to beach walk at evening or dusk. Being close to the river gave more interest to the beach and drivable to Quinault yo see the big trees. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable spring trip.

Perfect beach cottage for spring break

My kids and I stayed here for a couple of nights for spring break. It was the perfect setting for my 16 yr old to relax & unwind while my energetic 12 yr old got his wiggles out on the beach. We played frisbee, flew one of their provided kites, played board games, star gazed, and relaxed in the hot tub (WiFi was provided but I didn't share that with my kids so we could all take a technology break lol). Everything we needed was provided, and the hosts were so warm and friendly! I only wish the capacity was 4 people so we could have brought my mom along. Actually, I have two wishes - I also wish we could have stayed all week! ;) Wonderful stay and I'm recommending to friends and family. Thank you, Jim & Patti!

Beautiful Beach

Beautiful spot on the beach, very clean and the hot tub was greatly enjoyed by my husband. Owners live upstairs and were very obliging with any questions we had. Short walk through the beach grasses to the water, fire pit, would go again.

We moved to the beach when we were in our 40's and the next thing we knew we are in our 70's! Time flies when you're having fun. I have been coming to this beautiful ocean location since I was a little girl and due to our careers, we were able to make our dream come true of living here after our children were raised. We built our guest apartment and home next door to my family's cabin which was built in 1957. Living here with the ocean right in front of us has been amazing. The wonderful guests we have had make us rich.

You are right on the beach with a 180 oceanfront view along with your own private beach path, hot tub, patio, BBQ, fire pit and beautifully landscaped yard. My family found this slice of heaven when I was a little girl. I have loved it ever since. We built our beach house with guests in mind. Every amenity you can think of is here. Just bring your food and clothes and be ready to relax and be a beach bum.

Waking up to the pristine ocean with eagles, seagulls, pelicans, deer, fishing boats and activities on the beach with a cup of coffee will fill up your senses. Lounge in the living room, on the patio or in the hot tub or take a beach walk and enjoy the outdoor heated shower when you come off the beach. Beautifully landscaped and private yard with areas to sit out of the wind and weather. There are several restaurants from here in Moclips, Pacific Beach, Seabrook on up to Ocean Shores. Walk to the nearby town of Pacific Beach for an espresso and shopping, visit Seabrook -3 miles south, or head north to the Moclips River or head east to the unspoiled forests. Did I mention the incredible winter storms?
