Charmigt Cape House i Megansett område i norra Falmouth - promenad till stranden!

Charmigt cape hus, bara fem minuters promenad (ungefär .3 miles) till familjevänliga Megansett Beach! Fyra sovrum, två badrum ger sovande åtminstone åtta. Huset ligger på en lugn familjevänlig gata och ligger nära många lokala attraktioner. Det är minuter från allt du vill ha på en familjesemester: Shining Sea Bike-vägen, Megansett Beach, Old Silver Beach, lekplats, bibliotek, glass, tennisbanor, restauranger, shopping och mycket mer!

Den första våningen har: ett öppet golvområde för vardagsrummet / vardagsrummet; sovrum (dubbelsäng); badrum fullt utrustat kök med spis, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, keurig och vanlig kaffebryggare; tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare; stor utomhus däck med matbord för 10-12 och gasgrill; stor skärmad i veranda.

Den andra våningen har: tre sovrum (två enkelsängar och full storlek garderober och byråer i varje); stort badrum med dusch.

Utanför finns parkering för fyra bilar (två i uppfarten och två längs framsidan av huset); en utomhusdusch för sköljning efter en dag på stranden!

Det finns ingen rökning på egendom; inga husdjur är tillåtna inga stora fester / evenemang.

North Falmouth Get Away

We had the best time in North Falmouth! The location of the home was perfect! There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room in this well stocked, lovely home! The host were very helpful and responsive! We highly recommend this home for family time!

Cape cod vacation

House was in very good location with the beech. Interior of the house needs some improvement. Kitchen stove is located in the dark corner with out exhaust fan and light utensils in short supply. Upstairs bathroom shower is very small. Not enough room to turn around while in shower. Janardhan

Charming Cape-y house in sweet locale

House was exactly as described and presented; neighborhood is a wonderful “old cape” place- lots of inter generational homes and a 5 minute walk to a terrific beach. Comfortable, well equipped for a beach weekend- beach chairs!- and a great deck. Flawless handoff from friendly hosts who thought of everything. We will check this house first on our next trip to the cape. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved this cozy Cape Cod cottage close to beach!

From its classic outside charm to its cozy interior, we loved this house. It had everything we needed with enough room for all - we were 7 adults. Loved in particular the screened-in porch with long table for eating meals and playing cards etc. Long table in outside area as well. And living room had room for all to hang out too. Plus only a 6 minute scenic walk to a lovely beach. Our host was extremely attentive, responsive and very helpful and kind. Would recommend!

Fabulous time enjoyed by all

Our family likes to cook. The house was well equipped and worked well for entertaining nearby relatives. The location is perfect. Delightful walk to beach, easy access to bike routes, perfect location for kayaking, and endless opportunities for lovely walks with scenic views! We had hoped to play tennis but ran out of time. Throughly enjoyed our stay and outdoor adventures!

Family vacation

Enjoyable stay in north falmouth

My family and I had an enjoyable stay at this home in north falmouth. It is very close to the beach, a park and perfect for a larger group with a lot of common spaces to hang out in. Greg was great, very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back next year!

Lovely, Spacious Summer House

The house was very quaint, clean, and perfect for our company retreat. We enjoyed lunch on the outside patio and dinner in the screened-in balcony. The house is also surprisingly big on the inside; there was plenty of space for us to crash for the night. The beach was a short walk away, and the owner was very pleasant to interact with.

Great location. I loved the porch and ample places throughout the house that could be used as reading nooks and study spaces. I wish they had an outdoor shower.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The online descriptions were accurate. The owner was very flexible with check-in and check-our which really made our experience more positive. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for families with young children as the beach is within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great location

Perfect location for our visit to the Love Yoga Fest at the Sea Crest Resort. Quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach. The house was clean and comfy with all the needed amenities. Owners were prompt with responses to questions and check-in was easy. Will definitely return.

Last minute stay

Hi, we booked this last minute, think it was 4 days before arrival! House was great, owner was wonderful letting us check in early in the AM As property was ready. Thinks of the little things- salt/pepper, garbage bags, ziplocks etc. our only wish was that it was closer to beach. We’d stay again!
