Du kommer att njuta av öppet konceptliv med trägolv och ett uppdaterat kök med bänkskivor i granit, Keurig kaffebryggare. Nedervåningen har 1. 5 bad, rymlig matplats och tillgång till två bakdäck! Njut av grillar, äta utomhus på huvuddäcket från baksidan / sidodörren. Befälhavaren svit har dubbla handfat, en klädkammare och skjutdörrar till din egen privata utomhus bakdäck. På övervåningen finns 4 mer mysiga sovrum och ett komplett badrum med badkar.

Ligger i en återvändsgränd med en unik privat, rymlig bakgård, är du gångavstånd till Megansett Beach och det är underbara solnedgångar! Också inom gångavstånd: Shining Sea-cykelvägen med otroligt vacker havs- och kärrutsikt till Woods Hole (och så är den lokala cykeluthyrningsaffären). Gå den trädbevuxna vägen till Dunkin 'mindre än 1/8 av en mil bort, eller njut av en längre promenad eller åka till Cape s finaste kafé, The Daily Brew. Ta en kort bilresa en halv mil bort till Kapens mest önskvärda strand, Old Silver. Du är också en kort bilresa till downtown Falmouth affärer och restauranger. Everything was great. Plenty of room for the seven of us. House was stocked well including beach towels. Beds were quite comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor space in front and back of house. There were several good restaurants nearby and great ice cream a short walk with mini golf and bumper boats. The closest beach was less than 5 minute drive. It was a wonderful vacation at this great family house!

Gorgeous Renovated Home in a Prime Location – Perfect for Families!We had an amazing stay at this beautifully renovated home! The layout and design are modern, tasteful, and incredibly comfortable. Our group included 6 adults, 3 kids, and a toddler, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.The location was unbeatable—just a short drive to several local beaches, restaurants, and shopping. It was easily the most convenient vacation we’ve had in years. One of our favorite parts was the quick walk to Dunkin’ each morning—coffee for the adults and donuts for the kids!The backyard with gas fire pit was a great bonus for outdoor time, and the outdoor shower was heavenly. The hosts also provided all linens and towels, which made packing so much easier.If you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and family-friendly home in a perfect location, this is it. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The house is beautiful. It looks just like the pictures. The area around the house is very safe and quiet. The owners are very responsive. They even provided beach towels (which might not be in the description).

North Falmouth Gem!

Amazing property for any trip to North Falmouth. We absolutely loved the location, outdoor shower, layout, and decks. Bill was incredibly responsive and an excellent host.

A Lovely Getaway

Warm and Inviting Home

We have rented this home twice this year; once in August and again in November. The home is wonderful for a multi generation family. During our summer stay we were delighted to find out there were pickleball courts within walking distance! We were glad we could rent again on short notice in November in order to attend a funeral. The familiarity of the house was great for our small grandchildren.The home is warm and inviting and in a great location and very clean. We enjoyed staying in it.

Beautiful home in Falmouth

I love this house. It is my 4th time to stay here and it is a beautiful home. Bill (host) is the best and very responsive. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting this area!

Falmouth

This was a great property for our trip, clean and comfortable. A few suggestions: the upstairs shower is VERY slow to drain. Each bedroom needs a mirror so we could fix hair while another showers. The bathrooms/ bathrooms need hooks or towel racks. Thank you for having us.

Simply Perfect

Cleaner and certainly cozier than any hotel--a relaxed coastal at home vibe. Everything you'd want or need, including the beach, is in quick driving distance. A perfectly appointed kitchen and back deck... This house, and the family that owns it, is completely recommendable.

Comfy Home

House was perfect for 6 adults 3 small children. Convenient location. Very clean! Liked the privacy. Back yard was nice to just sit & chill! Old Silver Beach was a favorite! Walked to playground and Megansette beach Would definitely recommend.

Weekend Girls Trip

We stayed at this property for a long weekend in June and could not have imagined a better property. The house is close to local coffee shops, beaches, and only a quick trip downtown, perfect for our girls weekend. The home was very easy to check in to, clean, and had plenty of space and then some for the 8 of us who stayed there. We especially loved the outdoor space, and the availability of multiple bathrooms. Bill was also a wonderful host. He left a binder with house policies and close out procedures, recommendations for food and drink, and instructions for all the technology in the house. He was also quick to respond when we realized we had left behind ice packs in the freezer, and was very accommodating and allowed us to make a quick return to retrieve them. Our group had a fantastic stay in Falmouth, and we would recommend this home for anyone looking for a group getaway or family stay!

Several issues

Upon entering the property we discovered all the towels and linens were used and on a pile in the laundry room. Reached out to the owner who was surprised the cleaning people hadn’t done them. We washed and dried everything ourselves. When we had trouble regulating the heat (the house grew very cold as the sun set the second night) we reached out to the owner but never heard back. The house is very pretty but a poorly draining second floor tub, very low toilets (we’re five women in our 60’s and 70’s), kitchen chairs that are ready to break, not being able to adjust the heat, and not hearing back from the owner to address it made us agree this isn’t a property we’d recommend.

Best Stay in Falmouth

Host Bill is the best. This is a lovely home in a quiet setting, but close to restaurants and shopping. This is our third stay and we will definitely be back!

Our family is from Melrose, MA. Bill is originally from St. Louis, MO, went to Indiana University, lived in Chicago and Redondo Beach, CA. Sheila is originally from Danvers, met in L.A., had our son Tom and decided to move back to Boston in 2009. Sheila's parents used to live in Bourne and we have spent many weeks and weekends in this area of the Upper Cape. It's been our dream to own in this area and we're thrilled to share it!

Varför värden valde detta boende

First, the location! Second, it's completely renovated! This North Falmouth area is one of the more talked about 'hot spots' in the Upper Cape. You're not dealing with the crazy crowds and traffic here at all! Yet, you have access to all that you beaches, the Shining Sea bike trail (and bike rental), restaurants like Epic Oyster, The Clubhouse, The Chart Room (our fave!), The Sea Crest and Mashpee Commons not far away. We're useless without our morning coffee as we have our choice of a beautiful short walk through the woods to Dunkin' or a longer walk or drive to the BEST coffee house on the Cape, The Daily Brew. Epic sunsets at Megansett Beach are a 15 min walk - and a fab superette if you're in a pinch for a necessity!

The unique privacy sold us on this house! You can actually stand at the top of the driveway, looking out at the cul de sac and not see one house! We love the open concept living inside with 2.5 baths and a master suite as well! Two rear decks and the outdoor shower are the finishing touches that we adore.
