Located in the ever popular âOld Villageâ this 4 bedroomed detached villa is the perfect place for family or golf holidays.
The villa is well furnished and fully equipped with dining and lounge area which leads directly on to the pool area.
As you meander through the cobbled streets of the village before resting in one of the many cafes or bars for a cooling drink, you will be amazed with the quaint houses and the scents of the beautiful flowers. A car is not necessary as there are many local restaurants and a supermarket in the âvillageâ.
It is only a 20 minute stroll to the cosmopolitan marina and centre of Vilamoura and in the summer there is a regular tourist train to take you either to the beach or a trip around the resort of Vilamoura.

Lounge: sofas, LCD, cable tv, air conditioning, dinning table and 10 chairs. Access to pool area.
Bedroom 1: double bed, air conditioning.
Bathroom: bath wth shower.
Bedroom 2: en suite with bath, double bed, air conditioning.
Kitchen: gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, blender, expresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 3: doubel bed, air conditioning, roof terrace.
Bedroom 4: double bed, air conditioning.
Bathroom: bath with shower.
Exterior: private pool 6,5m x 3m with 80cm - 190 cm depth with access by roman steps, poolside shower, small garden, patio with table and chairs, 5x sun loungers, charcoal BBQ, private parking space for 2 cars.

All of our self catering villas and apartments have a Municipal Rental Licence (AL) which includes fire safety equipment and electricity and gas inspection. IMPORTANT: Check in from 16:00h until 18:00h. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed by CleverDetails. There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 18:00h: between 18:00h and 24:00h - 35 euros; between 24:00h and 01:00h - 50 euros; between 01:00h and 09:00h - 100 euros (subject to availability).
