Fantastiskt vÀrde. Gratis WiFi, gratis Sky Sports och gratis Sky Movies. Detta Àr ett modernt, nybyggt 4 sovrum alla ensuite, 4 badrum stadshus med marmor och trÀgolv överallt pÄ ett idealiskt lÀge i Vilamoura.
Vi har en barnsÀng för spÀdbarn och kan lÀgga en uppblÄsbar sÀng till sovrummet med tvÄ enkelsÀngar för att rymma 3 personer. SÄ vi kan ta emot upp till 9 personer plus ett spÀdbarn pÄ ansökan.
Titta pÄ vÄra tidigare gÀstrecensioner. De betraktar oss som 5-stjÀrniga och bland de bÀsta villorna i Algarve. De kommer att bekrÀfta att alla som har besökt oss har haft och rekommenderar starkt vÄr villa.
Den Àr inredd till en extremt hög standard och Àr helt luftkonditionerad. Om du inte vill hyra bil har vi ett lokalt busshÄllplats omedelbart mittemot vÄrt hus och ett stopp tar dig till Marina och Falesia stranden. Det finns en tidtabell i huset. Wi-Fi finns tillgÀngligt och gratis.
Vi har SKY + TV inklusive alla SKY Movies och SKY Sports och ett internet-TV-system med VARJE kanal.
Den har en grill / matsal uteplats med utsikt över den stora 15 m vid 6 m pool som ligger bara 5 steg frÄn huset. Köket Àr utrustat med Boschbeslag och Àr ett nöje att laga mat i.
Bara 900 meter till 3 av golfklubbhusen (Laguna, Millenium och Victoria) och en 4 minuters bilresa till marinaomrÄdet och strÀnderna. Med utsikt över Millenium Golf Course och havet bortom. Skulle passa golfare och familjer lika.
Entry leder dig till det stora öppna planbordet med massivt trÀmatbord med 8 lÀdersÀten och stort vardagsrum med nytt lÀder 3-sits, 2 sittplatser och stor fÄtölj. Stor LCD-TV med DVD-spelare och full SKY TV.
Pool: Poolen Àr stor, 15 m vid 6 m och Àven om den delas med andra invÄnare anvÀnds sÀllan av dem. De flesta av vÄra grannar bor antingen dÀr och tar poolen för givet eller anvÀnder sina hus som semesterhem. Vi har solstolar avsedda för din personliga anvÀndning plus du kan anvÀnda ytterligare tvÄ av de gemensamma sÀngarna. Eftersom vÄr villa ligger i slutet av komplexet har du bara en granne. Du har ocksÄ bra utrymme direkt framför och som poolen Àr bara 5 steg frÄn Villa terrassen Àr det lÀtt att dyka in och ut utan att mycket springa om.

Beautiful property in great location. Unfortunately lost the hot water on the second of our 4 day stay . Host was proactive in getting it fixed but couldn’t be done in time before we left . Requested compensation for the inconvenience of 6 adults without hot water for 3 days as well as spotty internet. Host agreed and did offer compensation.

We travelled for a family wedding and spent a great week here,apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed in an excellent location,4 min drive to vilamoura Marina,great supermarket within 2 minute walk with absolutely everything you need for your stay.bedrooms are spacious all with air conditioning and pool area had loads of space and loungers for sunbathing.Barbeque is available and we spent a few nights outdoor eating we had a fantastic family holiday and would not hesitate to book again.Alfie was easily contacted and very responsive to any queries we had overall a fantastic time away

We have had a fantastic family holiday at Alfie's incredible villa. The home is very spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We all loved the pool area and were within easy reach of great restaurants and amenities.Communication with Alfie was excellent and we really appreciated his specific recommendations. In short, it's a great place to stay in a beautiful spot on the Algarve.

Property had everything we needed. Kitchen has everything you could need, nice large fridge freezer, all rooms are large. Pool and poolside very clean and tidy. Location is very convenient to town center and Marina 10mins (Uber). 28mins from Faro Airport Check in / Check out could not be easier. Thanks Alfie

Fabulous apartment for the family!

Lovely spacious apartment, well looked after and very well equipped. Swimming pool off the apartment. Supermarket no more than 10 minutes walk away . Host very helpful. Uber, Bolt taxis reasonable priced. We were a family of 9 with two little ones, didn’t have a car used taxis. Vilamoura short taxi ride price varied between 4-5 €. Great family holiday!

Top Location, Top Host

Our trip to Alfies villa in August exceeded our expectations by miles. The location is fantastic with Villamoura Marina a short taxi ride away and a shopping centre a short walk. We stayed for 4 weeks and used Uers for everything, so easy. Alfie is one of the best hosts we've stayed with, very responsive and accomadating to our needs. Would recommend Alfie and his villa for anyone looking for a relaxing, well connected and fun Algarve holiday.

Kids still raving about our recent stay at Alfie's villa - it is absolutely fantastic - everything you could imagine needing is provided in villa - had the pool to ourselves most of the time - great terrace with ample loungers - super built in outdoor BBQ that we used while watching euros final - pingo dolce supermarket 5 minutes walk away and only 5 euros for Uber into Vilamoura - really couldn't rate this villa any higher and Alfie, the owner, could have been a better host

Home from home

We had a lovely time staying at this villa. It really is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very spacious with plenty of room for everyone, we had 9 in our party. The area is quiet, perfect for the relaxing days around the pool. The supermarket is literally a 5 minute walk but there isn’t much else within the immediate vicinity. We had young children so ended up spending quite a bit of money on taxis back and forth to the marina and various other places (as needed two taxis each trip due to the size of our party). Alfie was always only a text or phone call away and gave plenty of information to make our holiday as smooth as possible.

Vilamoura stay

We loved Alfie and Eileen’s property. It was roomy and well equipped for our needs. We were a party of 6 adults 4 of which aged between 18-23. There is a brand new supermarket just a few minutes walk away open 7 days a week which was a total godsend and open 7 days per week from 8am keeping the younger ones in treats and hydration! Approximately 50 minutes walk to the closest beach. The nearest restaurant was around 15-20 minutes walk away and a couple of others 25 minutes walk away. Having young adults with us and only these places to eat locally was quite restrictive and therefore we used Ubers to go to Albufeira and Vilamoura, which was £20/10 respectively each way. We had a couple of bbqs at the property due to lack of local restaurants which was nice to be able to do. The pool area was lovely and clean and mainly only us using it despite being shared with 5 other properties. If you’re into golf then there are several courses on the doorstep. Overall a great experience albeit a very quiet location.

Great Family Holiday

There were 7 of us staying at the property for a family holiday, and we all had a really great stay. The property is really spacious and the shared swimming pool is great (we had the pool to ourselves at some point every day we were there). Access to places does probably require a car for larger groups (there were bikes that could be rented just outside the house) but there was plenty to do within 15-30 minute trips. Would definitely recommend the listing as well as Alfie (the owner) who was really communicative and helpful from the start.

Perfect family holiday

The property is perfectly located, very quiet and secure. The interior exceeded our expectations and the kids had the time of their life with the pool right outside the door. We enjoyed many dinners on the patio watching the sun go down. The villa is perfect for a family holiday. Alfie, the host, was so attentive. There was an issue with the dishwasher which he had fixed straight away. All in all it was a brilliant week away and we look forward to returning in 2023.

Great stay

This apartment has everything you could ever need during a stay in Vilamoura, with your family/friends. Great location, spacious, very clean, comfortable, very well equipped and nice pool area. Wonderful time

Alfie is the perfect host. Very nice, attentive and available throughout the whole stay, before and afterwards. We forgot a bag outside the gate, on the pavement, when we were leaving. When we got home and called Alfie, he immediately got in touch with a very nice neighbor who luckily found our bag and kindly kept it with her for us to pick it up. Alfie’s quick action was really important and we are very thankful. The villa is spacious, comfortable and very, very well fitted. Parking is super easy, always in front of the entrance. Very well located, a short drive to beaches, restaurants and the Marina. We had a wonderful family time. Obrigada!

We are a family from Scotland who wanted a second home abroad to take advantage of the sun during our harsh winters at home. We looked at La Manga in spain before deciding that we preferred Portugal as the people seem much more friendly and Vilamoura is so diverse in offering a varied lifestyle for waterspouts, golf, beaches, nightlife and so much more.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We fell in love with this Villa as it was perfect for us, Right beside 3 of the golf courses yet minutes from the lively marina, The house itself is ideal as it has 4 bedrooms, two on the top floor and two on the ground floor separated by the level containing the kitchen, dinning area, sitting area and a patio with direct access to the pool which is only 5 paces from the house.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Having the ability to lie beside the pool and soak up the sun whilst our kids can play safely in the pool right beside the house is perfect for us. If the sun is too much you can sit on the patio in shade, have a cool drink and still be a part of whats going on. The fact that we have Sky TV with all the movies and all the sports channels gives us an alternative relaxing feature which we would miss.
