Enjoy the daily peace of this wonderful two-bedroom apartment on the hills of the city of Lugano: look out at the sunset from the windows of COLLINA D'ORO and observe the breathtaking lake view with a glass of good Ticino wine, and your holiday will be unforgettable!

Furnished with taste and in an essential way, contrasts play here: the white of the large modern lacquered kitchen, the glass of the dining table, which reflects the external landscape, and the blue wall. Next to it is the living room with a comfortable sofa where you can relax reading a book or watching a movie on TV.
The Ceresio landscape is the privilege of a double bedroom, while the second double bedroom has a beautiful private bathroom with dark marble-effect tiles and a modern shower, accessed by an elegant glass door. There is also a second bathroom with a bathtub at your disposal.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

How to arrive:
If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment.
If you arrive by train, walk 4 minutes from Lugano station to reach the "Lugano, Stazione Via Sorengo" stop; here take bus no. 436 (direction Agrà Roncone) for 8 stops (about 9 minutes) and get off at the "Montagnola, Bellevue" stop. Walk for about 2 minutes to reach the building.

Easy Access Montagnola

This apartment was efficient and offered the basic amenities for a lovely getaway. It is a few steps from a convenience store with basic groceries and bakery, as well as a few cafe's. It is in close proximity to the Herman Hesse property and museum. It is in easy walking distance to the bus line which can take you to and from the train station and Lugano downtown. There is an elevator which is great if you have big baggage. What would be helpful is additional fans- the heat was oppressive, and although there was a portable air conditioner, it required that a window be open to allow the hot exhaust of the fan outside, and the blinds had to be opened for this.A single small fan did not make for the most comfortable sleeping conditions in 2 bedrooms. In addition, there is no place in the bathroom to place your dop kit. Overall it was a nice place to stay for our purposes and we are thankful to the property owners for sharing.

Amazing location very comfortable apartment

We spent three days here as a family. There is very beautiful view of the lake and it is very near to city center of Lugano and many small villages around.
