AlcĂșdia is located on a privileged peninsula between the bays of Pollença and AlcĂșdia, surrounded by the sea, the mountains of Sa VictĂČria and the S'Albufera nature reserve. The town has a charming walled old town, with a valuable historical heritage dating back to Roman times. In addition, it offers easy access to the island's most extensive beach, with fine sand and crystal-clear waters, as well as a wide variety of water sports, restaurants, shops and activities for the whole family.

Outside, the farm has a well-maintained garden, outdoor furniture, furnished terrace, barbecue, fenced plot, and a private swimming pool ideal for cooling off during sunny days. It also has outdoor parking within the property.
