You can enjoy sandy beaches like Son Bauló, Playa de Muro or Puerto de Alcúdia, play golf in Alcanada or visit the S\'Albufera park. A car is recommended. Here, one sits with a cocktail and a good book while the children swim in the pool or play in the garden.
Surrounded by a large terrace with 10 sun loungers, 2 parasols and 1 outdoor shower, the 24m2 private pool with a depth of 1.4 x 2 metres is the real star of this property. The furnished 30 m2 porch invites you to celebrate great evenings with friends and family; and why not end the day with a barbecue, flowers, aromatic plants, trees and decorative elements give a Mediterranean touch to the exterior. There are 2 buildings on the plot, the main one and the annex.
The porch gives access to the 133 m2 main house and the living room with fireplace, satellite TV, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher and much more. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds. Two bathrooms, with shower or bath as well as a washing machine and ironing board are available. The bathroom with bathtub is on the first floor.
The 72 m2 annex includes a living room with TV and basic kitchen (no hobs), two bathrooms (one with small bathtub and hairdryer and the other with normal bathtub), another laundry room with washing machine and iron and 3 more bedrooms, two with 2 single beds and one with 1 double bed.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room in the main house.
