4 Ford Street is a terraced cottage resting in Lanchester in Durham. Hosting two bedrooms; one doubles, one queen bed, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is a kitchen, and a open-plan living room with dining space, and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside, there is an enclosed garden with a patio, outdoor seating, and a garden shed for bike storage and utility, while on street parking is available for one car, and there is ample on-street parking. 4 Ford Street is a cosy base where you can explore the fantastic North East region of England. Note - Minimum 3 night bookings only. Note: From Decemeber 2023, there will no longer be a bath in the property, as works will be taking place to convert the bathroom to a walk-in shower. Note: There is a ÂŁ25 Pet Supplement.
Amenities: Gas central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, record player and vinyls, TV, and WiFi.
