Perfect Condo

From the pool to the beach. Its was amazing. Not very accommodating on early check in or out but the condo itself was beautiful.

There’s no restroom facility at the pool, which can be an issue if you are traveling with young kids. No floats other than safety devices are allowed in the pool also. There is no property access grill, several units have grills on the balcony, but not all do (I failed to read carefully on this point in the unit description!). Unit 107 needs some TLC and someone to inspect it critically from time to time. The kitchen faucet is broken-the sprayer portion does not work at all. The beautiful Viking gas stove has a small issue-when you have any burner on low or simmer, the igniter continues to fire until the burner is turned to a higher setting. The oven light doesn’t work either. The refrigerator is new, very spacious and has plenty of room for a unit of this size, but the ice maker cannot keep up with demand. (There’s actually a space where a free-standing icemaker has been.) Random electrical outlets throughout the unit have only 1 plug working. The master bath is breathtaking, but in the walk-in shower one of the 3 shower heads leaks terribly. Also, the cold-water faucet on one of the sinks leaks when the hot water is turned on. Non-skid rug in front of the shower needs to be replaced. The bed in the master bedroom is over 30 inches off the ground. I'm 5'5" and struggled to climb into bed. All these things were minor details that would have improved our stay, yet we still had a wonderful time and love this area and complex.

Great location and space, but...

The location and floor plan of this property was perfect for our family! Good amount of kitchen utensils, cook ware, and dish ware. The condo was not clean on arrival. We spent the first morning of our vacation cleaning. The mattresses in all of the bedrooms need replaced. The toilet in the master bath ran constantly and got to be quite a pain turning the water off and on after flushing. (Maintenance was called and came promptly the first time. We texted the issue 2 more times, but no one ever came.) There is great potential for this unit..just needs to be updated a bit! Lesson learned...we will stick with Premier Hosts for future rentals.

Bella Riva #107

Really enjoy the property at Bella Riva. Condo unit #107 was furnished comfortably and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. Upon arrival, however, did notice that the door wall could not lock as well as both screens were damaged at the bottom thus never closed them. Did not impede our enjoyment of the facility though. Great stay, would recommend and do it again myself.

Excellent place, great location. No wifi

Loved the property and location. Beautifully done. Very clean. Excellent beach and beach service. Only bad thing was no wifi. Had to go buy our own wireless router in order to access internet and use phones because of bad reception.
