This property is so beautiful. You have every amenity available from pools to beaches to rentals and restaurants. Also wheelchair friendly.

Great property! The patio is so nice we had coffee out there every morning and it was a highlight of the trip. Location is so easy. And you could walk right out the patio onto the bay. Would have been perfect if you had a boat out there. He offered us a boat slip. Hot tub on the patio was so nice! Enjoyed it very much didn't get to use the amenity's but they looked nice.

This condo was very comfortable, the patio was amazing, it was so nice to have a private hot tub right on our balcony. Great view and perfect location to walk to restaurants and attractions.

We had 9 of us at one time cooking and eating. The condo was very roomy and we appreciated not feeling cramped. The balcony was wonderful. I spent as much time sitting out there watching the boats come and go. Wonderful experience all around. Host was quick to respond to questions. We'll be back!!

We had a wonderful time. The home was clean and such a convenient location. I would recommend to anyone for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. The hot tub was a huge plus for us. This is the first vacation with a hot tub. The view and the very spacious home.

Amazing Getaway!!!

Amazing view of the Bay from huge patio with hot tub. Beautiful condo with tons of space and everything you need for an amazing vacation. Quick walk to white beaches, food, mini golf, arcade, etc. Excellent vacation spot. Will visit again!

Close to everything, but long walk to beach .

Amazing property!

This was a great Spring Break vacation! It’s just outside of downtown Destin, but Destin is a quick trip across the bridge. Close proximity to grocery store, Gulfarium, shopping, restaurants. Kids enjoyed the pool, the private hot tub, and the amazing nearby beaches.

Family Getaway

The condo was very spacious and the patio was huge! We enjoyed the freedom for our group to spread out and not feel cramped. Resort was very clean and well cared for. Security is enforced well and wrist bands were required for entry into pool areas, etc which we liked. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. Would recommend and stay again!

Jan, I am glad you guys had a good time! Sorry the upstairs neighbors were noisy. Future Guest: The sleeper sofa was recently broken. I have been working with the manufacturer to replace the mechanism. It should be replaced this week.

Beautiful

Nice and spacious condo that had plenty of room for our big family. The kids had room to play and the extra bedroom was a bonus. This is our 3rd time in Okaloosa Island and we have not been disappointed.

The unit was better than pictured. New very comfortable reclining couches and dining table. The unit was big enough for our gang of eight people. One room was converted into 4th bedroom which had no closet and limited dresser drawers but master bedroom had huge walk in closet and plenty of extra drawers. The outside lani area was huge with plenty of chairs and tables to sit at and the hot tub was awesome. The view of the bay from the lani was great and very private. We saw plenty of dolphins right from the lani. Boat rental right next store was very convenient. Rick was very quick on responding to any issues we had. I would definitely go back and recommend this unit.

Wow. The nicest place I have ever stayed in. Great outdoor living space. Lots of room for two families. Well stocked tools in the kitchen. Literally perfect.

Great Unit

We loved the unit and proximity to everything. This is the 1st time to stay on the bay side and this unit did not disappoint. It was nicely furnished. The private patio and hot tub was a hit. We did have a couple of issues but Rick was quick in his response and resolve. We had a great family vacation.

The condo was the perfect find to have my family all in one place together. Plenty of space for kids to play and also have adult conversation separate. It was clean, well put together and in an absolute prime location. The walk to the beach was simple and I loved that we were provided with all the beach gear at our fingertips. Bedrooms were so cozy and all the furniture was amazing. One thing I wish there was more of was the daily necessities. More toilet paper, trash bags, spices, pack and play etc. Just the little things that make a big difference when traveling away from home for a week. Other than that, we had the best time. It was the perfect escape and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. Thank you.

Beautiful property

The property was amazing. I made the mistake of taking older kids with me. That were loud and made the neighbors complain most of the stay. So I worried about being too loud most of the time that was the only issue.

Kristen, I am glad you thought the property was amazing! Future Guest, Quite hours are 10 PM, you should have no issues unless you are loud and playing music especially at 3 AM on the balcony and in the hot tub.
