Hereford House is a newly renovated and beautifully appointed grand house which has been converted to 4 apartments, situated in the heart of Southsea. With 2 generous bedrooms, a sofa bed in the lounge and plenty of space, this apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

We created Oliverball Serviced Apartments with the purpose of delivering high quality accommodation and service for those looking for a home away from home when staying in Portsmouth for business or pleasure.

At Hereford House parking permits provided for on street parking in MD zone.

Situated in Southsea, Flat A - Hereford House is a spacious 2-bedroom 2-bathroom ground floor apartment with outdoor space. Close to the seafront, Southsea shopping and nightlife, the accommodation is perfectly situated to provide easy access to all that Portsmouth and Southsea has to offer.

Guest access is self-check-in via key safe. To the left of the front door of the property, you will find a key safe. The code for the key safe will be sent to you 48 hours before check-in, please ensure keys are returned to the key safe on Check-out

At Hereford House we offer check in from 3pm and no earlier unless otherwise agreed and check out no later than 11am.

This fantastic property offers two double bedrooms both with en-suite. There is a lounge area with a corner sofa that converts to a bed and an open plan kitchen diner with double doors leading to the patio.

Providing all the comforts of a modern hotel, with free super-fast Wi-Fi, flat screen smart TV, high quality beds and furnishings and hotel quality linen, we also provide all the facilities needed to cook at home. A well-equipped kitchen includes and oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, plus all the crockery, pots and pans etc needed for the majority of dishes. There is also a dishwasher to save you having to wash it all up afterwards.

Situated in a traditional, Southsea street populated mostly with Victorian townhouses and just off Victoria Road South, the property’s location is excellent. Parking is free on the street although it does get busy in the evenings, particularly at weekends. However, it's just a 15-minute walk to Southsea beach and the South Parade Pier, as well as Canoe Lake which is a great area if you have kids with you. It’s only a 2-minute walk to the bustling Albert Road with its vast selection of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, an eclectic mix of boutique shops, the beautiful Kings Theatre and The Wedgewood Rooms (live music venue).

Just a 10-minute drive or taxi ride gets you to the Historic Dockyard where you can see the Mary Rose, HMS Victory and HMS Warrior plus a host of other exhibitions and to Gunwharf Quays for outlet shopping, plus more restaurants, bars and a cinema. Also in close proximity, is the Pyramids Centre Swimming Pool and Gym, Southsea Castle, D-Day Museum, Royal Marines Museum, Natural History Museum, Blue Reef Aquarium, Clarence Pier (amusement park), Southsea Common and the Skate Park.

Everything it promised

Apartment 5B Hereford is a lovely apartment - it had all the things you need for a wonderful home from home stay and was in a really convenient and quiet area - added bonus of outside patio area which is quite a sun trap - plus all the little things like constant hot water supply - good power to showers - excellent hairdryer - really impressed

Very clean and comfortable apartment

We spent four nights here and one of those was with our baby granddaughter. The apartment is well furnished and equipped - we had everything we needed. It was well prepared and very clean when we arrived - we will stay here again.
