Stylish 2 bedroom apartment near seafront with parking
Enjoy a stylish Southsea stay just 2 minutes from the beach! This modern 2-bed apartment features a king room, a cosy single, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen with Tassimo machine. Hotel-quality linen, toiletries, and private parking for one vehicle included. Ideal for beach breaks, work trips, or festival weekends.
We are available by phone or message to answer any of your queries and assist with recommendations. Our office hours are;
Mon-Sun: 10:00-20:00.
IMPORTANT
If you have an emergency outside of these office hours please leave a message on the answerphone with your name, property you are staying and details of the issue. Voicemails are checked and we will respond to emergency situations. If it's a non-emergency issue or question, please send a message via Airbnb.
The flat is located at the end of Clarendon Road, with the waterfront mere moments away. Take a leisurely stroll along the pier, go fishing, eat at the many restaurants along the esplanade, or take a swim and catch some sun on the rock beach. There is a Coop about four minutes walk away where you can stock up on groceries and such, a gym (Pyramids) that offers day passes about a ten minute walk away. Highly reccomend The Briny for high end dining, or the Southsea Beach Cafe if you're craving something healthy. Truly one of the best areas in town, both for tourists to set about the historic sites, or locals looking for a few nights by the water.
There is a lockbox at the property which you will be sent the codes for at noon on the day of arrival
The flat is spacious, modern and stylish with large windows and great light. It has a single room at the rear and a double bedroom next to the living room. The modern Bathroom has an excellent shower for rinsing off after a dip in the ocean, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/electric hob as well as all the cookware and essentials you need like oil and salt/pepper, with the bonus of a coffee machine & full size fridge and freezer. The lounge has a dining table with seating for four that can be converted to a desk or two- top as well, and a large sofa that can convert into a single bed (let us know if you will need extra linens). There is a flat screen smart TV, and very fast WiFi perfect for business travellers. Stylish decor and art throughout.
PLEASE NOTE - IF BOOKING FOR 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF ÂŁ200 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY.
The nearest train station is Portsmouth and Southsea or Fratton, both less than 10 minutes in a Car, about a 30 minute walk. There are many Bus Stops nearby. If you are coming by car, there is room for one car in the parking lot, but any further vehicles will need to purchase parking permits which you can do by contacting us directly. #
Quiet Hours are from 11pm-8am
The permit for the lot out front needs to be displayed on your dashboard
No smoking indoors

There are four stairs down to the single bedroom.
The toilet is in a rather tight space between the wall and shower glass
The free parking permit is yours to use, but please note there is a ÂŁ150 replacement fee if you don't return it at the end of your stay.
