Hosting five bedrooms; a king-size with en-suite shower, a king-size, two doubles, and a twin, along with a bathroom and cloakroom, this property can sleep up to ten guests. There is a kitchen, utility, sitting room with woodburning stove, conservatory, and playroom, To the outside, there are private lawned gardens, and a private patio with furniture and barbecue, while ample off-road parking is available. Clerk Beck Cottage is a traditional property offering contemporary features, great for large groups.
Amenities: Gas central heating and woodburning stove. Range cooker with 2 x electric ovens, grill and 5 x gas hob rings, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, selection of books, DVDs, games, and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Ample off-road parking. Private lawned gardens and patio with furniture and barbecue. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.2 miles. Note: Children must be supervised at all times due to open water.
