Get to know this beautiful house distributed on one floor located in a quiet and private residential area in Calafell.
This house is surrounded by a garden with natural grass and has a swimming pool at the back of it, as well as a relaxation area.It has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate kitchen and a living-dining room with access to the garden on one side and to the swimming pool on the other. In addition, this accommodation has a covered terrace with a large table to enjoy all kinds of meals outdoors, and next to it there is a summer kitchen for more comfort. There is air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living room.There is space to park two cars comfortably in the courtyard within the grounds of the house.A few minutes from the house is the Segur tennis club, ideal for those who wish to practice sport even when on holiday. The beach is 15 minutes walk from the house.
