This level also has two rooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Additionally, there is another living/dining room with a satellite TV, air conditioning, and access to the terrace. The ground floor also includes a room with a French bed of the same dimensions and an open kitchen outfitted with two hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Two shower/WC facilities are available on this level.
