On the ground floor, you'll find a living/dining room with a kitchen corner, complete with satellite TV and air conditioning. This area leads out to a terrace, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air. Additionally, there is a room with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning, and another room with a French bed (180 cm, length 190 cm). The ground floor also features a room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and an open kitchen equipped with four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Two showers and toilets are conveniently located on this level.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, boasts a living room with satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, leading out to a balcony.
