Nice neighborhood, easy access to town, beautiful lake across the road. Clean with all necessities, nice layout though spiral stair is not 60- year- old ladies’ friendly ! Excellent communication with Lora, all my inquiries & requests were immediately answered.

Overall it was good, very cute with the southwestern theme. House was clean but there were a ton of bugs, which can’t be helped in Michigan in the summer time with the windows open
 The house does not have AC but we went in August and it was comfortable with the windows open and the fans provided. The front yard has a lot of space but it’s the shared backyard of two neighbors.

Perfect Location

We loved staying at this property. It was a great location for everything we wanted to do in Boyne City. The kids had a lot of fun having the loft area to themselves. Everything we ended up needing was provided. Would definitely come back to this house!

Good Place to Stay in Boyne

Overall we enjoyed the property; slightly smaller than it appears on the listing but very neat and all appliances/utilities worked nicely. Good location, right next to the water and only a few minutes from downtown Boyne City/Boyne Falls.

Weekend Stay

We were in town for a bowling tournament, with 5 people and this place was perfect. Great location, close to town and the water. The host was so amazing, very easy to communicate with and returns emails very quick.

Spring break getsway

We couldn’t get anywhere warm for spring break so we decided to go skiing and hit the waterpark. We stayed 2 nights. Very clean, had everything we needed. Great location.

A great little rental

We just needed a comfy place to land after skiing at Boyne Mountain with our four adult kids. Lovely lay out, comfy beds, clean and a really nice A-frame lay out. It definitely checked all the boxes for us.
