Nice comfortable townhouse;
Using a remote control you can access the garage that is inside the house.
It is also accessed through an individual entrance from the street to the terrace (fully equipped) and then to the house.
Through the stairs you go up to the first floor which has air conditioning, there is a very spacious living room, a complete kitchen with a corner area for eating, and a complete bathroom with a bidet and a hydromassage shower and sauna, through the stairs. You go up to the second floor, where there are 2 double bedrooms (one with a bed measuring 1.80 by 2 and another bed measuring 1.50 by 1.80), a third bedroom with 1 single bed and another underneath and a second bathroom. with jacuzzi (whirlpool tub). In each room there is air conditioning. On this floor there is also a small balcony. In the garage there are several mattresses where 2 or 3 more people can sleep, and that the person can put anywhere in the house (as provided by the license of the Valencian community).
