The Space:
Welcome to Burton in Spain, renovated in December 2023. This HOLT home breaks from the ordinary âbeach retreatâ with bold colors, creative accents, and a touch of avant-garde flair â inviting you to enjoy something truly different.
Take your breakfast on one terrace with sunrise views over the city. Unwind in the evening on the opposite terrace, watching the sun set over the Mediterranean.
Enjoy modern comforts like air conditioning, Smart TVs with streaming apps, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment comfortably hosts up to 6 guests with two queen-sized bedrooms and a plush sofa that converts into a double bed.
Resort Amenities Access
As a HOLT guest, you can enjoy full access to all of Gran Canet Residencialâs premium amenities for an additional resort fee of âŹ100 per stay, charged separately after booking. This fee covers access for your entire group and includes:

Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

Playa de Canet is the main beach and is known for its cleanliness and family-friendly atmosphere. Our apartment building is located within walking distance to Playa Canet and boasts stunning views of the ocean. You will find lots of restaurants, popular bars, and stores nearby.
The center of Valencia is just a convenient drive away. In this bustling metropolis, you can immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage, explore historic landmarks, dine at world-class restaurants, and enjoy a vibrant nightlife scene. It's the perfect opportunity to experience the dynamic blend of coastal tranquility and urban excitement that this region has to offer.
Whether you're seeking a beachside retreat or eager to explore the vibrant heart of Valencia, our Canet d'En Berenguer apartment provides the ideal home base for your trip.
Getting Around:
This property has one dedicated parking spot in the building garage, for those with cars. The center of Valencia is a 40 minute drive away from Gran Canet. There are bike rental companies nearby, as well as taxis available.
Other Things to Note:
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information.
The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.
This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional âŹ50 sanitation fee per pet. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a âŹ500 fee.
Spa facilities: To use the spa, jacuzzi, and sauna, HOLT needs a request in advance from guests to reserve a space in the facilities.
We provide pool towels for your reservation. Please note that there is a âŹ100 fee in case of a lost towel.
