Denna 5: e våningen lägenhet nås med hiss är direkt havet utan hindrar utsikt över Atlanten. Det finns en privat balkong utanför vardagsrummet, det finns en matsal med plats för 6. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver för att laga en god måltid.
Shorewood 504 har alla bekvämligheter du kan förvänta dig på din semester, plattskärms-TV, trådlöst internet, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, DVD-spelare.
Befälhavaren har en king size-säng och eget badrum. Det stora sovrummet har också tillgång till balkong som en bonus, perfekt plats att gå ut och ha ditt morgonkaffe.

Komplexet och grunderna är immaculate väl hålls och poolen är bäst på Forest Beach! Uppvärmd i mars och april, oktober och november. Det kyls i de varma somrarna !! Bubbelbad och barnpool ligger på pooldäcket. Badrum och utomhusdusch ligger precis utanför poolområdet.
Shorewood ligger på södra änden av ön nära Coligny Plaza. Detta område är känt för de många restaurangerna och butikerna inom gångavstånd. Gör dig redo att sätta fötterna i sanden !!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was very clean and well appointed. The view from our balcony was absolutely gorgeous. We will be staying here again in the future.

Great place!

Location was great. Close to dining and shops. Very secure with gated access. Very clean and a great ocean view. 110% would stay here again.

Condo could use a some updating, walls could use some touch-up and painting, guest bathroom mirror should be replaced. Mattresses very very soft. A favorite spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family's 5th time renting Shorewood 504. We love the size of this unit for our family of four, and how family-friendly it is with the pool and easy walk to the beach. It is in a convenient location to walk to Coligny Plaza or a short drive to most other spots.We did notice this time that upkeep and cleanliness had deteriorated since last visit. The kitchen and bathrooms are showing some wear. Many things, including ceiling fans and decorative items, appeared dusty. Elevator to fifth floor was slow and clunky.

Nice Stay

This was our families first time on Hilton Head and we loved Shorewood! We would definitely like to come back to the unit we stayed in! We loved the family feel this place has and the zero entry pool is great for kids! The management property did a great job communicating with us as well!

Great time with great weather. Need to fix outside fan blade. Several outlet covers need to be replaced. Need a better king mattress. Otherwise great unit.

Absolutely Perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the best vacation condos in which we have ever stayed. It had stunning, full views of the ocean from the living area, master bedroom and balcony. It was well laid out, well decorated and had all the things we needed in the kitchen. The pool/hot tub area was beautiful and not too crowded. There was just a short walk to the beach and we didn't have to cross any roads. The property was near Coligny Circle and all the shops, restaurants and activities there. We took long bike rides all over Hilton Head from the paths directly outside property. The management company went above and beyond for us on our vacation. We can not say enough about how helpful and responsive they were. We would absolutely stay here again and would use Seashore Vacations again to find a rental condo.

Great location with fantastic view of the ocean

Family of 4 stayed in this condo and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated. The view of the ocean from this unit was spectacular. The location of the condo right by Coligny Plaza gave our teens somewhere to go on their own. We enjoyed the large zero entry pool and could always find a chair on the pool deck. The owners and management company are very responsive and accommodating.

Great spot

The condo has a great view with super easy access to the beach. Furnishings were up to date. I would stay here again Was a tad on the unclean side on check.

The only downside to our trip was the roof was being replaced on the entire building so from 8am to 7pm, there was constant noise especially being on the top floor and sitting out on the balcony was limited at times due to particle debris in the air. Great Location; Inconvenient/Noisy Repairs Taking Place Again!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Shorewood condos before, but we may not do so again. This time there was roof repairs going on all week, causing a lot of noise and detours around the condo complex. We were not informed this was going to be going on. We stayed there in October 2020 when balcony repairs were happening, causing a lot of inconvenience and we couldn't even use the balcony space. The condo itself needed some repairs-the ceiling fan on the balcony doesn't work, there's mold on the ceiling and a rusty vent in the master bathroom, & the mirror in the 2nd bathroom needs replaced. The price was too high for the condition of the condo. Also, we went to the rental office at 4pm as instructed to check in, only to be told we didn't have to do that because we should have gotten a text with details saying we could go directly to the condo. We never got that text until after 6pm when we were already in the condo. Very disappointing experience.

NIce and very beautifully updated...but

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at many of the units in Shorewood so we are familiar with the property. This Unit has been updated with nice furniture, new kitchen, bathrooms were great. The down side is the kitchen has been badly neglected. We like to eat in most of the time. The coffee maker was trashed, the pans have been abused. We brought our own. There wasn't enough silverware or decent knives. The toaster was new and worked fine as did the appliances (the stove was missing a knob). Just a little TLC would make this unit perfect.

Ceiling vents were dirty. Bread chunks and food under couch and furniture piece under tv. We vacuumed vents in bathrooms and swept the floor. Unit was very nice, other than the cleaning we had to do.
