Living room has a fold out couch for occupancy of nine people. Very nice ocean view from balcony and primary suite, covered balcony with new raised adirondack chairs to enjoy the view. Loved the location of this condo! Excellent view and distance to the beach. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the dishes in the kitchen, as well as the linen. The bunk beds had dirty linen as well as the comforter in the master. We simply removed everything and washed ourselves. All of our gate codes did not work, so we found ourselves locked out at the entrance and to the beach. The property manager was excellent to work with, quick to offer solutions and responses.

Mallory, very sorry housekeeping did not do a better job, wish you had called, I would have sent them over immediately to remake the beds. Yes, the codes change and we got them to you immediately. Perfect stay!!! It was very clean and proximity to beach was amazing. Me and my husband stayed with our 5yr old twins and the size was perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Had a great stay in this condo, location is steps away from the beach and having to pool to cool off was a great treat.Close to coligny & tiki bar, on bike routes to make it easy to get around. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

Location - excellent Beach access- close and easy Condo- kitchen has all you would need, small washer/dryer in unit was a bonus, very comfortable beds, beach wagon and gear to use Robert was quick to respond to texts and calls and helped to quickly resolve any minor issues we had. We would stay here again for sure.

Amazing location, very clean, well stocked kitchen. Overall very nice space!I didn't love that I had to make a stop to check-in. Everything was done by code that could have been sent via email or text. No need to add an extra step after we had a 15 hour drive to get there. We weren't able to get the AC work while we were there. Wasn't needed too much as it wasn't that hot, but we followed the directions and they kicked in the first day but not after that. We also couldn't get the internet to stay on during our stay.

Awesome location

We loved being close to all the shops, a park, the pool, restaurants, and the beach! The property itself was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed!

Wonderful property

We enjoyed our stay very much! The weather was rainy, but we still had fun. The condo was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. Restaurants in the vicinity were nice, and the beach was a short walk. We are definitely planning to return soon.

Great location and condo

We had four adults and five children on our trip and all fit comfortably in this condo. It was clean, is walking distance to Coligny Plaza, and all photos are accurate. We recommend this condo.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed in Beachwood in the past in a different unit and loved the location being walking distance to Coligny and the easy beach access from Beachwood with little ones is wonderful. Very quiet, the master bed was comfortable which is always a plus.

A wonderful updated conveniently located place for a fan!

We loved our time at this property. It was updated and clean. We would have used a dust pan, but everything else was perfect! The convenience of the beach, and laundry on site was perfect. We loved the smaller setting that was not crowded or loud!
