Summary:
Palace Wharf is a new exclusive riverside development of just 16 flats and five townhouses on the river in Fulham. A former marble warehouse has been converted into a fabulous new residence combining modern finishings with an industrial edge with fantastic views over the Thames and the Barnes wetlands area.
These apartments are newly refurbished to the highest standards to include comfort cooling, Creston automation system and Gaggenau integrated fittings and equipment.
The apartment boasts a large semi open plan kitchen and living area, master bedroom with en suite shower room and an additional guest bathroom. The fully fitted Metris Kitchen is complete with Miele appliances including an integrated dishwasher, washer/dryer, full height fridge freezer, oven, hob and integrated extractor fan as well as a Caple wine cooler. -Guests will receive a rental agreement and are bound by the contract which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. -Depending on how you have reserved, a refundable security deposit it`s payable before arrival.
-For stays above 28 nights a deposit starting from 2 weeks up to a month rental it's required.
Guest Access:
We offer guests stylish homes with the professional service on call 7 days a week to help.
Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.
