It is a beautiful flat in a quiet neighborhood so I would definitely go back, although it would be very helpful to have a binder with instructions for the washer/dryer unit, the AC/heating unit, where the trash/recycling goes and check out instructions.The host, Ross, was good with communicating. There were a few recommendations I left for him that would've improved our stay.Camden is a great location and we found that the canal area especially was booming, safe and fun!

Easy access to everything and super comfy

We stayed in London for three nights and had a wonderful time. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Stores and restaurants are close by, super secure building and easy to get transportation! The host is great and super helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location, property is just okay

The location is great, Camden is a vibrant community with lots of street vendors and places to eat. Groceries were easy to get and take back to the flat. The property itself is just okay. We used the outdoor space a lot. The air conditioning did not work in the main bedroom, they sent maintenance and they couldn’t fix it so it was supposed to be fixed the day we left. The second bedroom does not have an air unit- it was very warm and the windows did not open. There is a washing machine which was a huge benefit but no dryer. The pull out couch is a twin bed with a twin trundle, very small. While the flat is overall clean, the rug and the sofa in the main room is in need of cleaning. The property host was very responsive to all of our requests and tried to get the air fixed while we were there but couldn’t. I probably wouldn’t stay there again but only bc of the a/c not being in all rooms.

Communication was a huge miss

Multiple maintenance concerns never addressed. Host took 72 hours to reply and nothing was ever fixed. No air conditioning in the second bedroom and window didn’t open. Curtains in the main bedroom were off of the wall shoved in the closet so no privacy or shut out of light. Overall the area was conveniently located to the Underground. The neighborhood became very undesirable after dark with multiple occurrences of pushy drug dealers trying to sell to us.

We stayed in this unit July 2025. We booked this unit due to being advertised as having air conditioning. Lots of problems with the until upon arrival and with generic replies from the property owner about said issues. This unit was advertised as two bedroom. There was only an a/c unit in the main living room and the master bedroom. The second bedroom did not have a/c. Not ideal when traveling as a family. The living room a/c worked well. The master bedroom unit would not work. Only one window in the master bedroom would open. No window in the second bedroom would open. There were no fans in the unit. The kitchen lights would not work. A review about this unit was left on May 10, 2025 stating the master bedroom a/c unit was not working and the owner did not offer to help. The review was left after we booked and the owner did not make us aware the master bedroom unit was not working. I did message the owner multiple times. His first responses were very generic "I need to check with the team", "We will have someone look at the a/c unit" etc. No tech was ever dispatched. When I finally threatened to leave a bad review and that I contacted VRBO the owner finally offered a 500 refund and to deliver fans. Two floor fans were delivered but they do zero good if the windows won't open. It has now been a week since our stay and the 500 refund has not been given, so I am leaving this review as a warning to A) not book this unit and B) stay away from other properties by this owner.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs beau sĂ©jour Ă  Londres. Londres est vraiment une ville magnifique. Le logement Ă©tait trĂšs bien. Une fois les corrections, faites sur les petits dĂ©tails que nous avons dĂ©jĂ  communiquer Ă  l’hĂŽte, celui-ci sera une excellente option de logement Ă  Londres.
