This area offers beaches, cafes, restaurants, and local markets, and it’s the perfect base for exploring the city.This spacious two-bedroom apartment, located on the 3rd floor, offers 102 sqm of comfortable living space. It features two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a bathroom with a shower.The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare homemade meals, such as a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. After a day of exploring the city and its surroundings, unwind on the private terrace and enjoy the stunning views of Lapad Bay and the sea!All guests have access to shared terrace and to private transfer. Private parking is included.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.
