3 Bedroom Chalet SUNSHINE, superb (new)
South Facing, Very Light, Great Views onto Mont Blanc Massif, Small Garden. 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6. Sunny, Airy, Spacious and Colourful. Open Plan Kitchen/Dining Room/Lounge.
The space
Bungalow style chalet that sits in a lovely hamlet of Chamonix, the beautiful old village of Argentiere. Exceptional views of the Mont Blanc massif from very large south facing windows. Garden. Parking right outside.
Light,sunny, airy, spacious and colourful.
2 bedrooms, both with twin beds that fit together as doubles, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate toilet, large open plan kitchen, dining room, lounge. One of the bedrooms boasts the same wonderful views as described above. The single beds in this room (70) are smaller than those in the larger second bedroom (80).
There is an en-suite bedroom, appx 32 square meters in size, with 2.10 metre round double bed, bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine. This room has views from large North, South and East facing windows and a small patio outside.
This cosy home is ideal for families.
Located in the delightful hamlet of Argentiere, away from the hustle and bustle of the main Chamonix town. The house is situated in a lovely spot very close to the village and all its amenities.
Numerous hikes and bike trails start from the front door. Abundant activities in the neighbouring areas including swimming pool, ice rink, rock climbing, canyoning, hiking and glacier walking. During the winter time this is a popular ski area.
Bus and train stop only minutes away. 7 minutes from both Chamonix town centre and Le Tour. Walking distance to Lognan, Grands Montets ski area, through wooded paths.

Please note that the tv seen in the pictures is no longer in the house nor the old piano as it was no longer able to be tuned.
Please note also that the shutters at the back of the house are kept closed during the winter months.
